MINAT SISWA TERHADAP EKSTRAKURIKULER BOLA TANGAN DI SMA NEGERI 1 DRIYOREJO

STUDENT INTEREST IN HANDBALL EXTRACURICULAR AT SMA NEGERI 1 DRIYOREJO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar minat siswa SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola tangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan populasi siswa kelas X yang tidak mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola tangan disekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian angket yang disebarkan kepada siswa menggunakan google form. Uji validitas, uji reabilitas, dan uji frekuensi diuji menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa siswa SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo memiliki minat yang cukup besar untuk mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola tangan. Uji validitas instrumen menunjukkan bahwa semua butir pertanyaan dalam angket memiliki validitas yang baik. Selain itu instrumen juga memiliki reabilitas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan ekstrakurikuler bola tangan di SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo. Dengan mengetahui minat siswa, sekolah dapat lebih mempromosikan dan meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ini. Selain itu penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi dasar untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam bidang minat siswa terhadap ekstrakurikuler bola tangan di sekolah. Berikut hasil minat siswa tentang bola tangan melalui tabel dan grafik diketahui minat siswa dalam mengikuti ekstakurikuler bola tangan di SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo melalui faktor eksternal berada pada kategori rendah sebesar 46,99 %, diikuti pada kategori tinggi sebesar 37,43 %, kemudian kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 11,20 %, dan kategori sangat rendah 4,37 %.

This study aims to find out how much interest the students of SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo have in participating in the handball extra curricular. This study used a survey method with a population of class X students who did not take handball extracurricular activities at school. Data was collected by filling out a questionnaire which was distributed to students using the Google form. Validity test, reability test, and frequency test were tested using SPSS software version 25 for windows. The results showed that the students of SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo had a considerable interest in participating in the handball extracurricular. The instrument validity test shows that all the questions in the questionnaire have good validity. In addition, the instrument also has high reliability. This research makes an important contribution to the development of handball extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo. By knowing students’ interest, schools can further promote and increase student participation in these extracurricular activities. In addition, this research can also be the basis for further research in the field of students interest in extracurricular handball at school. Following the results of students’ interest in handball through tables and graphs, it is knows that students’ interest in participating in handball extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo through external factor is in the low category of 46.99%, followed by the high category of 37.43%, then the very category high of 11.20%, and very low category of 4.37%.
