PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA KARTU BERGAMBAR PADA PROSES BISNIS INDUSTRI KULINER RESTORAN FASE E DI SMK KULINER
DEVELOPMENT OF PICTURE CARD MEDIA IN THE CULINARY INDUSTRY BUSINESS PROCESS OF PHASE E RESTAURANTS AT VOCATIONAL CULINARY SCHOOLS
Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Hasil pengembangan media kartu bergambar pada proses bisnis industri kuliner restoran fase E di SMK Kuliner; 2) Kelayakan materi untuk media pembelajaran kartu bergambar pada proses bisnis industri kuliner restoran untuk fase E kelas X; 3) Kelayakan media untuk media pembelajaran kartu bergambar pada proses bisnis industri kuliner restoran untuk fase E kelas X; 4) Respon peserta didik fase E kelas X terhadap media pembelajaran kartu bergambar proses bisnis industri restoran.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementtaion, and Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket dnegan subjek penelitian terdiri dari 6 validator (materi dan media) serta 35 peserta didik di SMKN 1 Pogalan. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Hasil pengembangan kartu bergambar pada Fase E dengan materi proses bisnis industri kuliner restoran dapat diakses secara offline maupun online. Kartu bergambar dapat diakses melalui link atau QR; 2) Kelayakan materi dan media dinyatakan sangat baik dengan nilai rata-rata masing-masing 84,4% dan 91,5%. 3) Respon peserta didik sangat baik rata-rata 85,67%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kartu bergambar hasil penelitian dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

This research aims to determine: 1) The development results of picture card media in the culinary industry business process of Phase E restaurants at vocational culinary schools; 2) The feasibility of the material for picture card learning media in the culinary industry business process for Phase E grade X; 3) The feasibility of the media for picture card learning media in the culinary industry business process for Phase E grade X; 4) The responses of Phase E grade X students towards picture card learning media for the restaurant industry business process.
The research method used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires with research subjects consisting of 6 validators (material and media) and 35 students at SMKN 1 Pogalan. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis.
The research results show that: 1) The development results of picture cards in Phase E with material on the culinary industry business process can be accessed both offline and online. The picture cards can be accessed via a link or QR code; 2) The feasibility of the material and media is declared very good with average values of 84.4% and 91.5% respectively; 3) The students' responses were very good with an average of 85.67%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the picture cards developed in this research can be used in learning.
