Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh bentuk latihan beban statis terhadap peningkatan strength, power, dan recovery; 2) pengaruh bentuk latihan beban dinamis terhadap peningkatan strength, power, dan recovery; (3) pengaruh bentuk latihan total body resistance exercise (TRX) terhadap peningkatan strength, power, dan recovery; dan (4) untuk mendapatkan informasi empiris seberapa besar perbedaan antara latihan beban statis, dinamis, dan total body resistance exercise (TRX) peningkatan strength, power, dan recovery. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga FKOR UNS usia 18 – 20 tahun yang masih aktif dengan jumlah 30 orang. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) menggunakan rancangan matching only design. Proses pengambilan data baik pretest maupun posttest dilakukan dengan tes leg dynamometer untuk kekuatan otot tungkai, untuk tes power otot tungkai menggunakan jump DF, dan untuk tes recovery menggunakan polar H10. Secara keseluruhan data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan bantuan SPSS seri 23.0.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan beban statis terhadap peningkatan strength, power, dan recovery; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan beban dinamis terhadap peningkatan strength, power, dan recovery; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan total body resistance exercise (TRX) terhadap peningkatan strength, power, dan recovery; dan (4) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan latihan antara statis, dinamis, total body resistance exercise (TRX) terhadap peningkatan strength, power, dan recovery. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan metode latihan beban statis, dinamis dan total body resistance exercise (TRX) dapat meningkatkan strength, power, dan recovery. Namun, perlu melakukan penelitian serupa dengan melibatkan metode latihan, psikologis, lingkungan sosial, dan faktor-faktor lain untuk meningkatkan kualitas komponen fisik.

The research purposes were described and analyzed: (1) the effect of static weight training on increasing strength, power, and recovery; 2) the effect of dynamic weight training on increasing strength, power and recovery; (3) the effect of total body resistance exercise (TRX) on increasing strength, power, and recovery; and (4) to obtain empirical information on the difference between static, dynamic, and total body resistance exercise (TRX) on increasing strength, power, and recovery. The research target is students of the Sports Coaching Education Studi Program, FKOR UNS, aged 18-20 years, who are still active with a total of 30 people. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental method using a matching only design. The process of data collection, both pretest and posttest, was carried out using leg dynamometer tests for leg muscle strength, leg muscle power tests used jump DF, and recovery tests used polar H10. Overall the research data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 series.
The results showed: (1) there is a significant effect of static weight training on increasing of strength, power, and recovery; (2) there is a significant effect of dynamic weight training on increasing of strength, power, and recovery; (3) there is a significant effect of total body resistance exercise (TRX) on increasing of strength, power, and recovery; and (4) there is a significant difference between static, dynamic, total body resistance exercise (TRX) on increasing of strength, power, and recovery. Thus it can be concluded that overall static weight training, dynamic weight training and total body resistance exercise (TRX) can increase strength, power, and recovery. However, there is need to carry out similar research involving exercise methods, psychological, social environment, and other factors to improve the quality of the physical components
