SISTEM INFORMASI PROFILE CALON ANGGOTA LEGISLATIF DENGAN DETEKSI QR CODE PADA SMARTPHONE

INFORMATION SYSTEM OF LEGISLATIVE CANDIDATE PROFILES WITH QR CODE DETECTION ON SMARTPHONES

      Pemilihan calon anggota legislatif (caleg) merupakan proses demokrasi dimana para calon mengumpulkan dukungan masyarakat melalui kampanye. Media kampanye konvesional seperti spanduk dan poster mempunyai biaya cukup besar serta keterbatasan dalam menyampaikan informasi dan menjangkau audiens. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dirancang sistem informasi profile calon anggota legislatif dengan deteksi QR code pada smartphone. Sistem ini memungkinkan masyarakat memindai QR code di media kampanye fisik untuk mendapatkan informasi secara lengkap terkait identitas, visi, misi dan program kerja calon anggota legislatif. Sistem dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall berbasis PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa performa sistem memberikan akses informasi yang cepat dengan kecepatan pemindaian kurang dari 5 detik di berbagai level koreksi, ukuran, jarak dan sudut pada QR code. Tingkat kepuasan pengguna termasuk kategori sangat puas dengan nilai 85.875% berdasarkan skala Likert. Sistem terbukti kompatibel dengan berbagai perangkat dan browser serta meningkatkan efektivitas kampanye dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap calon anggota legislatif.

The election of legislative candidates (caleg) is a democratic process where candidates gather public support through campaigns. Conventional campaign media such as banners and posters have quite high costs and limitations in conveying information and reaching audiences. To overcome this, a legislative candidate profile information system was designed with QR code detection on smartphones. This system allows the public to scan QR codes on physical campaign media to obtain complete information regarding the identity, vision, mission and work programs of legislative candidates. The system was built using the waterfall method based on PHP and MySQL database. The results of system testing show that the system performance provides fast access to information with a scanning speed of less than 5 seconds at various levels of correction, size, distance and angle on the QR code. The level of user satisfaction is included in the very satisfied category with a value of 85.875% based on the Likert scale. The system is proven to be compatible with various devices and browsers and increases the effectiveness of the campaign and public understanding of legislative candidates.
