Literature Study of Modeling Techniques in Career Guidance for High School Students

Peserta didik sebagai generasi yang akan menjadi penerus perlu mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan kemajuan teknologi informasi termasuk tantangan pada aspek karier. Namun, dari beberapa penelitian terdahulu diketahui bahwa masih banyak peserta didik di sekolah menengah yang belum memiliki perencanaan karier yang matang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi mengenai teknik modeling dalam membantu permasalahan karier pada peserta didik tingkat sekolah menengah melalui layanan bimbingan karier. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah studi kepustakaan. Data literatur pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari beberapa laman seperti Google Scholar, Sinta Ristekbrin, dan Garuda Ristekbrin. Jumlah data literatur yang terpilih pada proses akhir penyortiran ialah 20 literatur. Selanjutnya, literatur yang telah terpilih dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, tersusun kajian mengenai teknik modeling dalam membantu masalah karier pada peserta didik sekolah menengah melalui layanan bimbingan karier dengan merujuk pada data literatur berupa artikel jurnal ilmiah yang disortir sesuai fokus penelitian meliputi prosedur penggunaan teknik modeling, jenis teknik modeling, serta keefektivan teknik modeling dalam layanan bimbing karier pada peserta didik sekolah menengah.

Students as a generation that will be the successor need to prepare themselves in the face of various challenges of information technology advancement including challenges on career aspects. However, from some previous research it is known that there are still many students in high school who do not have a mature career planning. The purpose of this study is to provide information about modeling techniques in helping career problems in high school students through career guidance services. The method used in this study is literature studies. The literature data on this study was obtained from several pages such as Google Scholar, Sinta Ristekbrin, and Garuda Ristekbrin. The amount of literature data selected in the final process of sorting is 20 literature. Furthermore, the selected literature is analyzed using content analysis techniques. Based on the results of this study, a study of modeling techniques in helping career problems in high school students through career guidance services by referring to literature data in the form of scientific journal articles that are sorted according to the focus of research includes procedures for using modeling techniques, types of modeling techniques, and the effectiveness of modeling techniques in career guidance services in high school students.
