Pendidikan merupakan aspek fundamental dalam kemajuan bangsa, di mana guru berperan sentral sebagai pelaksana utama. Kinerja guru menjadi faktor penentu dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh sistem reward, motivasi kerja, dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Asemrowo, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik survei. Sampel berjumlah 87 guru dari 111 populasi, dipilih secara simple random sampling. Instrumen berupa kuesioner skala likert (1–4) sebanyak 36 item, telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya (α > 0,7). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 26 melalui uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem reward, motivasi kerja, dan etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Nilai R² sebesar 0,258 menunjukkan bahwa 25,8% variasi kinerja guru dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Hal ini berarti bahwa kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh variabel sistem reward, motivasi dan etos kerja hanya sebesar 25,8%. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa jika sistem reward dapat diterapkan dengan baik, maka motivasi dan etos kerja guru akan meningkat. Guru yang mempunyai motivasi dan etos kerja yang tinggi, maka akan menghasilkan kinerja guru yang optimal.

Education is fundamental to a nation's progress, and teachers play a central role as the main executors. Teacher performance is a key faktor in improving educational quality. This study aims to examine the effect of a reward sistem, work motivation and work ethic on the performance of primary school teachers in the Asemrowo district, either partially or simultaneously. The research method uses a quantitative correlational approach with survey techniques. The sample consisted of 87 teachers from a population of 111, selected by simple random sampling. The instruments, in the form of 36-item Likert scale questionnaires (1–4), have been tested for validity and reliability (α > 0.7). Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26, including classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that the reward sistem, work motivation and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The R² value of 0.258 indicates that 25.8% of the variation in teacher performance is explained by these three variables. This means that teacher performance is influenced by reward system variables, motivation and work ethic by only 25.8%. While the rest is influenced by other factors outside this research. So it can be concluded that if the reward system can be implemented well, teacher motivation and work ethic will increase. Teachers who have high motivation and work ethic will produce optimal teacher performance.
