PENGAPLIKASIAN MOTIF PUCUK REBUNG DAN PUCUK BERSUSUN DENGAN TEKNIK BORDIR PADA BUSANA PENGANTIN WANITA”

Abstrak

Motif Pucuk Rebung memiliki makna yang sesuai dengan namanya yang berarti tunas bambu. Motif ini melambangkan kekuatan yang timbul dari dalam. Motif pucuk rebung terdiri dari bermacam motif dengan wujudnya. Walaupun demikian, motif ini mempunyai satu kesamaan yakni bentuk segitiga yang dikelilingi tunas serta daun. Motif Pucuk Rebung dan Pucuk bersusun ini di aplikasikan pada busana pengantin menggunakan busana two piece dengan siluet mermaid dengan tambahan ekor yang dapat dilepas pasang. Hasil jadi bordir yang diterapkan pada busana pengantin ini terdiri dari mengetahui ukuran yang dipakai dan material yang cocok digunakan untuk mengaplikasikan bordir tersebut. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu untuk mewujudkan penciptaan motif pucuk rebung dengan teknik bordir yang diterapkan pada busana pengantin Wanita, mengetahui proses dan bahan yang cocok digunakan untuk mengaplikasikan bordir dan untuk mengetahui hasil jadi penerapan motif pucuk rebung dan pucuk bersusun. Dalam proses penulisan busana pengantin ini terdapat beberapa tahapan yaitu Problem Identification, Preliminary Ideas, Design Refinement, Prototype Development, Evaluation, Implentation dengan metode Apparel Design Framework .

Abstract

The Pucuk Rebung motif has a meaning that matches its name, which means bamboo shoots. This motif symbolizes the power that arises from within. The bamboo shoot motif consists of various motifs with its shape. However, this motif has one thing in common, namely a triangular shape surrounded by shoots and leaves. The tiered shoots and shoots motifs were applied to the wedding dress using a two piece dress with a mermaid silhouette with an additional detachable tail. The result of the embroidery applied to this wedding dress consists of knowing the size used and the suitable material used to apply the embroidery. The purpose of writing this article is to realize the creation of bamboo shoots motifs with embroidery techniques that are applied to the bride's clothing, to find out the processes and materials that are suitable for applying embroidery and to find out the results of the application of bamboo shoots and stacked shoots motifs. In the process of writing this wedding dress, there are several stages, Problem Identification, Preliminary Ideas, Design Refinement, Prototype Development, Evaluation, Implentation using the Apparel Design Framework method.
