Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses manajemen pelaksanaan pembelajaran kelas rangkap pada mata pelajaran matematika di Sanggar Bimbingan At Tanzil Lembah Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia yang memiliki keterbatasan tenaga pengajar dan fasilitas. Fokus penelitian meliputi proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran kelas rangkap serta identifikasi kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam mengimplementasikan strategi pembelajaran ini.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sehingga menghasilkan gambaran menyeluruh tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran kelas rangkap di lingkungan pendidikan nonformal ini.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kelas rangkap di SB At Tanzil Lembah Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia berjalan cukup efektif meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan media pembelajaran dan kebutuhan pelatihan guru. Keberhasilan strategi ini didukung oleh perencanaan kolaboratif, pemanfaatan media sederhana, dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model alternatif bagi pengelolaan pendidikan nonformal di wilayah dengan keterbatasan sumber daya.

This study aims to describe the management process of multi-grade class teaching implementation in Mathematics at At Tanzil Learning Center, Lembah Jaya, Malaysia, which faces limitations in teaching staff and facilities. The research focuses on planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the multi-grade teaching process, as well as identifying challenges encountered by teachers in implementing this teaching strategy.
This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted through the processes of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, resulting in a comprehensive picture of the implementation of multi-grade teaching in this non-formal educational setting.
The findings show that the multi-grade class teaching at At Tanzil Learning Center is relatively effective despite various challenges, such as limited learning media and the need for teacher training. The success of this strategy is supported by collaborative planning, the use of simple media, and evaluation processes that actively involve students. These findings are expected to serve as an alternative model for managing non-formal education in areas with limited resources.
