The Effect of Administration of Synbiotic and Enzyme with Various Concentrations on Feed to the Growth of GIFT Tilapia Seeds (Oreochromis sp.)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh pemberian sinbiotik dan enzim dengan berbagai konsentrasi pada pakan terhadap laju pertumbuhan spesifik (SGR), rasio konversi pakan (FCR), dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup (SR) benih ikan nila GIFT (Oreochromis sp.). Penelitian eksperimental ini menggunakan pola faktorial dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor I: dosis sinbiotik (0 mL dan 10 mL/kg pakan) dan faktor II: dosis enzim (0 g, 0,25 g, dan 0,5 g/kg pakan) dengan empat kali ulangan. Bak pemeliharaan sebanyak 24 buah berukuran 35 L diisi 30 ekor benih/bak dan dipelihara selama 28 hari. Data SGR diambil seminggu sekali dengan memilih acak 20 ekor benih dan ditimbang. Data FCR meliputi total biomassa benih awal dan akhir serta total biomassa benih mati dan pakan konsumsi selama penelitian. Data SR meliputi jumlah total benih awal dan akhir penelitian. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Analisis Varian dua arah. Apabila hasilnya signifikan, dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian sinbiotik, enzim, serta kombinasi keduanya pada pakan berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap SGR dan FCR benih (P<0,00), namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap SR benih (P>0,05). Perlakuan sinbiotik 10 mL/kg pakan + enzim 0,5 g/kg pakan menghasilkan nilai SGR tertinggi, yaitu 5,42 ± 0,013% dan nilai FCR terendah, yaitu 0,82 ± 0,005. Pemberian sinbiotik 10 mL/kg pakan + enzim (0 g, 0,25 g, maupun 0,5 g/kg pakan) menghasilkan nilai SR tertinggi, yaitu 95,83%. Simpulan penelitian bahwa pemberian sinbiotik dan enzim dengan berbagai konsentrasi pada pakan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan benih ikan nila GIFT dapat diterapkan.
This research aimed to describe the giving of synbiotic and enzyme with various concentrations on feed to Specific Growth Rate (SGR), Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), and Survival Rate (SR) of GIFT tilapia seeds (Oreochromis sp.). This experimental research used a factorial pattern with Completely Randomized Design consisted of two factors.The factor I: synbiotic dose (0 mL and 10 mL/kg feed) and factor II: enzyme dose (0 g, 0,25 g, and 0,5 g/kg feed), repeated four times. Containers of 35 L volume filled with 30 seeds/container and lasted for 28 days. SGR data was taken once a week by selecting 20 seeds and weighed. FCR data included total biomass of seeds, dead seeds, and feed consumption during research. SR data included total seed in the first and end of the research. Data were analyzed using two-way Analysis of Variance then continued using the LSD test. The results showed that the giving of synbiotic, enzyme, and combination gave a significant effect on SGR and FCR (P <0.00), but did not give significant effect on SR (p > 0,05). Synbiotic of 10 mL/kg feed + 0.5 g/kg feed enzyme obtained the highest SGR, was 5.42 ± 0.013% and the lowest FCR, was 0.82 ± 0.005. Synbiotic of 10 mL/kg feed + enzyme (0 g, 0,25 g, and 0,5 g/kg feed) obtained the highest SR, was 95,83%. The conclusion of this research was giving of synbiotic and enzyme with various concentrations on feed gave effect to growth of GIFT tilapia seeds can be applied.
