This study investigates the influence of student guidance and school culture on student discipline at public junior high schools in Madiun City. The research applied a quantitative method with a cluster random sampling technique involving 369 students as participants. Student guidance and school culture are considered important strategic components in shaping student behavior and internalizing disciplinary values within the school environment. Data were analyzed using the T-test and F-test to determine both partial and simultaneous effects among variables. The results of the T-test show that student guidance (X1) and school culture (X2) each have a significant effect on student discipline, with both variables obtaining a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The F-test further confirms that the two variables jointly have a significant influence on student discipline (Y), with a contribution value of 0.581 or 58.1%. These findings indicate that positive school cultural practices and well-implemented student guidance can strengthen discipline enforcement by fostering consistent behaviors, reinforcing adherence to rules, and cultivating character values among students. This study highlights the importance of developing structured student guidance programs and nurturing a conducive school atmosphere as strategic efforts to improve student discipline. Further research is recommended to explore additional factors beyond the school environment that may contribute to student discipline formation.
