PENGARUH PENDAMPINGAN TUTOR TERHADAP MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PAKET C DI SKB NEGERI SURABAYA
THE EFFECT OF TUTOR'S ASSISTANCE ON THE MOTIVATION AND LEARNING OUTCOMES OF PACKAGE C STUDENTS IN DISTRICT TECHNICAL OFFICE FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD, NONFORMAL AND INFORMAL EDUCATION SURABAYA
SKB Negeri Surabaya merupakan paket C setara SMA dengan sedikit semangat belajar dan kurang semangat di kalangan tutor. Ada warga belajar yang tidak mengerti dan tidak bisa menguasai mata pelajaran yang sama, meskipun tutor telah memberikan teori. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendampingan tutor terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar warga belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe korelasi antara pendampingan tutor, motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar. Analisis data menggunakan statistik inferensi dengan regresi linier sederhana dengan syarat uji hipotesis yaitu uji normalitas, linieritas, autokorelasi dan heteroskedastisitas. Populasi penelitian ini berdasarkan jumlah siswa kelas X, XI dan XII SKB Negeri Surabaya yang berjumlah 51 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Variabel Y yang diteliti adalah pendampingan tutor (katalisator, motivator dan fasilitator), sedangkan variabel X yang diteliti adalah Motivasi dan hasil belajar. Sumber data primer diperoleh langsung dari studi lapangan dengan memberikan kuesioner. Sumber data sekunder adalah hasil rapor mahasiswa semester ganjil. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pengaruh pendampingan tutor terhadap motivasi belajar berdasarkan perhitungan dapat dilihat bahwa p value sig. 0,468 > (0,05), yang berarti pendampingan tutor tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. 2) Pengaruh pendampingan tutor terhadap hasil belajar berdasarkan perhitungan dapat dilihat dengan nilai p sig. 0,847> (0,05), yang berarti peran pendampingan tutor tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar

District Technical Office for Early Childhood, Nonformal and Informal Education in Surabaya is a package C equivalent to high school with a little enthusiasm for learning and lack of enthusiasm among tutors. There are learning residents who do not understand and cannot master the same subjects, even though the tutor has provided theory. This study aims to determine the effect of tutor assistance on the motivation and learning outcomes of learning residents. This study uses the type of correlation between tutor assistance, learning motivation and learning outcomes. Data analysis used statistical inference with simple linear regression with the conditions of hypothesis testing, namely normality, linearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity tests. The population of this study was based on the number of students in class X, XI and XII of the District Technical Office for Early Childhood, Nonformal and Informal Education Surabaya, which amounted to 51 people. The sampling technique in this research is total sampling. Variable Y studied was tutor assistance (catalyst, motivator and facilitator), while variable X studied was motivation and learning outcomes. Primary data sources are obtained directly from field studies by providing questionnaires. The secondary data source is the result of odd semester student report cards. The data collection used is a questionnaire, observation and documentation. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The results showed that 1) The effect of tutor assistance on learning motivation based on the calculation can be seen that the p value sig. 0.468 > (0.05), which means tutor assistance has no significant effect on learning motivation. 2) The effect of tutor assistance on learning outcomes based on calculations can be seen by the p value of sig. 0.847> (0.05), which means the role of tutoring does not have a significant effect on learning outcomes
