Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa berbasis Project Based Learning (PJBL) pada materi perubahan lingkungan untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains kelas X SMA yang layak secara teoritis dan layak secara empiris. Jenis ini adalah pengembangan dengan menggunakan metode 4D, yang terdiri dari define, design, develop, dan disseminate, namun pada tahap disseminate tidak dilakukan. Uji coba Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) dilakukan pada 20 siswa kelas X SMA Kemala Bhayangkari1 Surabaya. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan metode validasi, metode observasi, metode keterlaksanaan LKS dan metode hasil angket respon siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) Project Based Learning (PJBL) dinyatakan layak secara teoritis dan empiris. LKS ini dinyatakan layak secara teoritis dengan persentase hasil validasi sebesar 3,24% yang diambil dari rata-rata kelayakan isi, kelayakan penyajian, kelayakan kebahasan dan kelayakan karakteristik Project Based Learning dengan kategori sangat layak. Sedangkan kategori dinyatakan layak secara empiris dengan persentase hasil pengamatan aktivitas siswa mendapat persentase sebesar 99,17%, keterlaksanaan LKS sebesar 88,75%, hasil angket respon siswa terhadap LKS sebesar 98,75%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, LKS berbasis Project Based Learning (PJBL) dapat diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran disekolah.

This study aims to produce a Student Activity Sheet based on Project Based Learning (PJBL) on environmental change material to train science process skills in class X SMA that are feasible theoretically and feasible empirically. This type is development using the 4D method, which consists of define, design, develop, and disseminate, but at the disseminate stage it is not done. Trial of Student Activity Sheet (LKS) was conducted on 20 class X students of SMA Kemala Bhayangkari1 Surabaya. This data collection uses validation methods, observation methods, LKS implementation methods and methods of student response questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the Project Based Learning (PJBL) Student Activity Sheet is declared theoretically and empirically feasible. This LKS was declared theoretically feasible with the percentage of validation results of 3.24% taken from the average content feasibility, presentation feasibility, language feasibility and feasibility of the characteristics of Project Based Learning in a very feasible category. Whereas the category declared empirically feasible with the percentage of student activity observations gaining a percentage of 99.17%, the implementation of the LKS of 88.75%, the results of the student questionnaire responses to the LKS of 98.75%. Based on these results, LKS based on Project Based Learning (PPA) can be applied in school learning.
