GOVERNANCE OF NATIONAL STUDENT ARTS FESTIVAL (FLS2N) DANCE ARTS AT SMP LEVEL IN 2021 IN SIDOARJO REGENCY
Festival Lomba Siswa Nasional (FLS2N) adalah program Nasional tahunan yang diselenggarakan oleh Kemendiknas untuk menjaring prestasi para peserta didik dalam bidang seni mulai dari tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD), Sekolah Menengah (SMP), hingga Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan sistem tata kelola Festival Lomba Seni Siswa Nasional (FLS2N) khususnya di masa pandemi covid-19 pada tahun 2021, (2) Mengetahui kontribusi dari hasil kegiatan FLS2N bagi stakeholder utamanya bagi siswa, guru, dan sekolah yang ada di Kabupaten Sidoarjo.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Validitas data penelitian menggunakan triangulasi metode, triangulasi sumber, sedangkan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pelaksanaan tata kelola FLS2N bidang seni tari di Kabupaten Sidoarjo di masa pandemi covid-19 tahun 2021 mengacu pada rambu-rambu yang telah ditetapkan dalam juklak/juknis, berdasarkan Fungsi Manajemen (1) perencanaan (planning), (2) pengorganisasian (organizing), (3) pergerakan (actuating), dan (4) pengawasan (controlling). FLS2N memiliki kontribusi yaitu mewadahi atau menjadi ruang bagi guru dan siswa SMP untuk berkreasi dengan menampilkan karya kreatif dan inovatif. Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sidoarjo

The National Student Competition Festival (FLS2N) is an annual national program organized by the Ministry of National Education to capture student achievements in the arts starting from Elementary School (SD), Middle School (SMP), to High School (SMA) levels. This article aims to: (1) Describe the governance system for the National Student Art Competition Festival (FLS2N), especially during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, (2) Know the contribution of the results of FLS2N activities to its main stakeholders for students, teachers and schools in Sidoarjo Regency.
This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including: observation, interviews, documentation study, and literature study. The validity of the research data used method triangulation, source triangulation, while the data analysis technique in this study was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of FLS2N governance in the field of dance in Sidoarjo Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021 refers to the signs that have been set out in the operational guidelines/juknis, based on Management Functions (1) planning (planning), (2) organizing (organizing), (3) movement (actuating), and (4) monitoring (controlling). FLS2N has a contribution, which is to accommodate or become a space for junior high school teachers and students to be creative by presenting creative and innovative works.
