Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data meneganai evaluasi program kelas passion dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik. Adapun komponan dalam evaluasi meliputi evaluasi context, input, process dan product. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan model evaluatif.
Hasil penelitian mengenai evaluasi program kelas passion dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Evaluasi context terhadap program kelas passion sudah tergolong baik, pada komponen context meliputi kesesuaian antara latar belakang program dengan kebutuhan yang ada serta kesesuaian anata tujuan program dengan visi misi sskolah. (2) Evaluasi input pada program kelas passion tergolong cukup baik namun masih perlu perbaikan. Asepek input meliputi pemetaan peserta didik, kualifikasi SDM, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, dan pembiayaan program. (3) Evaluasi process tergolong cukup baik. Aspek process meliputi penyusunan jadwal dan persiapan perangkat pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pemebelajaran, dan evaluasi hasil belajar. (4) Evalusi product tergolong cukup baik. Aspek produk meliputi pemahaman peserta didik, produk keratif yang dihasilkan dan prestasi. Peserta telah mampu memahami materi dan ruang lingkup dari passion yang dipilih. Selain itu, peserta didik sudah mampu menghasilakn produk karya kreatif yang dapat dipamerkan bahkan memiliki nilai jual. Namun dalam hal prestasi, program kelas passion farmasi dan pertanian inovatif belum menghasilkan prestasi.

This research aims to describe and analyze data regarding the passion class evaluation program in improving the quality of graduates at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik. The components in evaluation include evaluation of context, input, process and product. This research uses qualitative research with an evaluative model.
The results of research regarding the evaluation of the passion class program in improving the quality of graduates show that (1) The evaluation context for the passion class program is classified as good, the context component includes the suitability of the program background with existing needs as well as the suitability of the program objectives with the school's vision and mission. (2) The evaluation input for the passion class program is quite good but still needs improvement. Input aspects include student qualifications, HR qualifications, availability of facilities and infrastructure, and program financing. (3) The evaluation process is quite good. Process aspects include preparing schedules and preparing learning tools, implementing learning, and evaluating learning outcomes. (4) Product evaluation is quite good. The product aspect includes students' understanding, creative products produced and achievements. Participants have been able to understand the material and scope of their chosen passion. Apart from that, students are able to produce creative work products that can be exhibited and even have selling value. However, in terms of achievements, the innovative pharmacy and agriculture passion class programs have not produced any achievements.
