COMPARISON OF THE PHYSICAL CONDITION TEST RESULTS OF SAND VOLLEYBALL ATHLETES AND INDOOR BOLAVOLI PUSLATDA EAST JAVA IN 2024

Volleyball is one of the sports that is quite popular among Indonesian people. The development of the sport of volleyball itself is quite rapid in Indonesian society, beach volleyball itself is a form of development and modification of volleyball. Beach volleyball is played on beach sand with quite heavy terrain and weather. The similarity in the way of playing and also the physical condition components supporting achievement in these two sports, makes researchers interested in conducting research on the comparison of the physical condition of beach volleyball and volleyball Puslatda East Java to find out if there are differences in physical condition results between the two.
The type of research used is descriptive quantitative using the secondary data analysis approach. The data analysis technique in this study is to compare the results of physical condition tests that have been carried out using the average formula. The research subjects were beach volleyball athletes and East Java PUSLATDA men's volleyball.
From the research that has been done, it is concluded that the results of the physical condition test of beach volleyball athletes are higher than the East Java Puslatda volleyball athletes. With the results of the sit up test 41 for beach volleyball and 37 for volleyball, medicine ball test 11.2 for beach volleyball and 10.1 for volleyball, dips test 12 for beach volleyball and 10 forvolleyball, chin up test 9 for beach volleyball and 10 for volleyball, 20 meter sprint test beach volleyball athletes and East Java Puslatda men's volleyball athletes get the same results. With an average of 2.98. superman test 60 seconds for beach volleyball and 56 seconds for volleyball, vertical jump test 78 cm for beach volleyball, and 68 cm for volleyball, 3 RM single leg squat test with an average of 3 times beach volleyball athletes with a load of 8 kg for the right leg and 4 times with a load of 13 kg for the left leg, and for the averagevolleyball, namely 2 times with a load of 3 kg for the right leg and 3 times with a load of 3 kg for the right leg, the ankle test performed by beach volleyball athletes and Puslatda men's volleyball is the same with an average result of 17 cm, sit and reach test 21 cm for beach volleyball and 19 cm for volleyball. bronco test
