Kinerja yang berkualitas dari para karyawan akan mendukung efektivitas dan kesuksesan perusahaan. Karyawan tidak hanya sekedar melaksanakan semua tugas sesuai tanggung jawab dalam merealisasikan sasaran organisasi, tetapi juga membutuhkan adanya motivasi individu secara sukarela dan sadar untuk melakukan pekerjaan di luar tanggung jawab yang telah ditetapkan atau dikenal dengan istilah organizational citizenship behavior. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan perceived organizational support dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT X. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 72 subjek karyawan tetap. Penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (P<0.05) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi senilai 0.645 sehingga mengindikasikan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara perceived organizational support dengan organizational citizenship behavior.

Quality performance from employees will support the effectiveness and success of the company. Employees not only carry out all tasks according to their responsibilities in realizing organizational goals, but also require individual motivation voluntarily and consciously to carry out work outside of the responsibilities that have been determined or known as organizational citizenship behavior. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior in PT X employees. This research was conducted on 72 permanent employee subjects. The research uses a quantitative approach with saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Pearson product moment correlation test. The research results obtained a significance value of 0.000 (P<0.05) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.645, indicating that there is a strong relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior.
