PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMUNIKASI, DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU JENJANG SD DI KABUPATEN MAGETAN

THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP, COMMUNICATION, AND MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF ELEMENTARY LEVEL TEACHERS IN MAGETAN DISTRICT

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru jenjang SD di kabupaten Magetan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 135 responden dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh atau sensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis uji regresi linier berganda.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan pada variabel (kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan motivasi) terhadap kinerja guru dan tenaga kependidikan, terlihat nilai signifikan dibawah 0.05 dan nilai F hitung (218.100) > F tabel (2.93). Hasil penelitian ini juga menggunakan t hitung pada variabel kepemimpinan (-2.817), komunikasi (4.200) dan motivasi (4.171) lebih besar dari t tabel (1.699) maka dinyatakan terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Pada uji determinasi terdapat pengaruh sebesar 95,9% dari variabel independen (kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan motivasi) terhadap variabel (kinerja). Sedangkan sebanyak 4,1% dipengaruhi variabel lain dan tidak termasuk kedalam analisis regresi ini, insentif, lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dn lain- lain.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, communication and motivation on the performance of teachers and education personnel at. The number of samples in this study were 135 respondents using the saturated or census sample method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence on variables (leadership, communication and motivation) on the performance of teachers and education personnel, seen significant values below 0.05 and calculated F value (218,100)> F table (2.93). The results of this study also use t arithmetic on leadership variables (-2,817), communication (4,200) and motivation (4,171) is greater than t table (1,699) then it is stated there is an influence on performance. In the determination test there is an influence of 95.9% of the independent variables (leadership, communication and motivation) on the variable (performance). Whereas 4.1% are influenced by other variables and are not included in this regression analysis, incentives, work environment, organizational culture and so on.
