Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan media video pembelajaran yang layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pengembangan nilai agama dan moral dengan pendekatan kearifan lokal di Taman Kanak-kanak (TK).
Desain penelitian menggunakan Reseach and Development yaitu dengan mengembangkan media video yang berisi tentang pengembangan nilai agama dan moral dengan pendekatan kearifan lokal, di Taman Kanak-kanak.. Prosedur pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Uji coba dilakukan pada anak TK, melalui uji coba perorangan, uji kelompok sedang dan uji kelompok besar.
Berdasarkan validasi dari ahli: ahli materi nilai 49 rerata 4,9 kategori sangat baik, ahli desain nilai 68 rerata 4,85 kategori sangat baik. ahli media nilai 82 rerata 4,10 kategori sangat baik..Untuk uji coba perorangan nilai 75 rerata 3,75 kriteria setuju sekali tanggapan anak positif, uji coba kelompok sedang nilai 463 rerata 4,63 kriteria sangat setuju sekali tanggapan anak sangat positif, uji coba kelompok besar dengan menggunakan video pembelajaran nilai 1427 dan rerata 4,75 kriteria sangat setuju sekali dan tanggapan anak sangat positif.
Media berupa video pembelajaran direkomendasikan para ahli, baik dari segi kelayakan maupun keefektifannya bisa digunakan pada pembelajaran pengembangan nilai agama dan moral di Taman Kanak-kanak

This research aimed to produce a decent and effective video media used in the development of religious and moral values for children kindergarten with local wisdom approach.
Research design used Research and Development by developing video media contains religious and moral values development with of local wisdom approach of banjar culture. Developed value was to behave politely and honest. Development procedure using ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Trials were conducted in Kindergarten children, through individual trials, group trials and a large group
Based on the results of expert validation media, from the results of material expert validators with a value of 49 and 4.9 categories of Very Good. Results from design experts with a value of 68 and average 4.85 categories Very Good. Media experts results with a value of 82 and average 4.10 with the category Very Good, on individual test assessments with a value of 75 and a mean of 3.75 criteria Agree with Positive responses. For the medium group trial the value of 463 and the average of 4.63 criteria Strongly Agree once with Very positive response. While the assessment of trials in large groups using video learning with the value of 1427 and the average of 4.756 criteria Very Agree Once and the overall response Very Positive.
Media in the form of learning videos has been recommended by experts, both in terms of feasibility and effectiveness, can be used in learning the development of religious and moral values in Kindergarten.
