IMPLEMENTASI BUDAYA MUTU SEKOLAH BERBASIS NILAI VINSENSIAN DI SMP KATOLIK SANTO VINCENTIUS SURABAYA
IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY CULTURE OF VINSENSIAN VALUES-BASED SCHOOLS AT SAINT VINCENTIUS CATHOLIC JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL SURABAYA
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan implementasi budaya mutu sekolah berbasis nilai vinsensian di SMP Katolik Santo Vincentius Surabaya. Fokus penelitian ini (1) bagaimana implementasi budaya mutu sekolah berbasis nilai vinsensian; (2) bagaimana tantangan implementasi budaya mutu sekolah berbasis nilai vinsensian; (3) bagaimana dampak implementasi budaya mutu sekolah berbasis nilai vinsensian di SMP Katolik Santo Vincentius Surabaya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan implementasi budaya mutu sekolah berbasis nilai vinsensian di SMP Katolik Santo Vincentius Surabaya. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian kemudian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tiga tahap yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) implementasi budaya mutu sekolah berbasis nilai vinsensian di SMP Katolik Santo Vinsensius Surabaya dengan menggunakan dua pendekatan yaitu pendekatan kultural dan pendekatan struktural. Pendekatan kultural dengan mengimplementasi pembiasaan vinsensian melalui perumusan visi misi sekolah, secara akademik melalui matapelajaran khusus, dan non-akademik. Sedangkan secara struktural dengan memberikan kepuasan pelanggan, manajemen berbasis data, dan perbaikan berkesinambungan; (2) tantanganya adalah secara internal yaitu finansial dan keterlibatan stakeholder, secara ekternal yaitu peran orang tua dan perkembangan teknologi informasi; (3) dampaknya adalah pendidikan karakter siswa, peningkatan prestasi akademik dan non-akademik serta menjadi daya tarik sekolah.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of quality culture of vinsensian values-based schools at Saint Vincentius Catholic Junior High School Surabaya. The focus of this study (1) how implementation of culture quality of vinsensian values-based schools; (2) how challenge the implementation of culture quality of vinsensian values-based schools; (3) how the impact of the implementation of culture quality of vinsensian values-based schools at Saint Vincentius Catholic Junior High School Surabaya.
This study uses qualitative approach with case study research type, which aims to analyze and describe the implementation of culture quality of vinsensian values-based schools at Saint Vincentius Catholic Junior High School Surabaya. This research data was obtained using interview techniques, observations and documentation. The research data is then analyzed by qualitative descriptive method with three stages namely data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing.
The results of this study show that (1) the implementation of culture quality of vinsensian values-based schools in Saint Vincentius Catholic Junior High School Surabaya using two approaches, namely cultural approach and structural approach. Cultural approach by implementing vinsensian habituation through the formulation of the school's mission vision, academically through special, and non-academic subjects, while structurally by providing customer satisfaction, data-driven management, and continuous improvement; (2) the challenge is internally financial and, externally, the role of parents and the development of information technology; (3) the impact is the education of the student's character, the improvement of academic and non-academic achievement and the attraction of the school.
