Analysis of the Effect of Changes in Light Intensity on the Effectiveness of ESP32 IoT-Based Solar Panels
This study focuses on the effect of changes in air temperature on the efficiency of solar panels, this study also discusses the use of the Internet of Things (IoT). The use of IoT in this study is to collect data that can be accessed through the Telegram application. The research method applied is quantitative with the Addie model, which is a model that involves the stages of model development with five development steps. This test uses a quantitative method. to collect data and analyze. With the Addie model, which is a model that involves the stages of model development with five steps/phases including: Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery and Evaluations). Covering the condition of solar panels without load and conditions with load, using a Voltage Sensor and Multimeter for DC voltage. The test data above obtained results as an increase in solar panel voltage between the lowest intensity of 13,490 Lux and the highest intensity of 115,900 Lux at the voltage at the lowest intensity produced at 10.05v and the voltage produced at the highest temperature of 18.56V. The conclusion is that changes in light intensity can affect the efficiency of solar panels.
