The Relationship Between Perceived Organizational Support And Job Satisfaction of Bappeko X Employees
This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction of Bappeko X employees. This study uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique, so the number of samples is 30 employees. Scales were used for data collection, namely the perceived organizational support scale and job satisfaction scale with a Likert scale model. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson product-moment correlation technique using SPSS 25.0 for windows. The result of the data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.936 (r=0.936) with a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05), indicating that there is a significant relationship between perceived organization support and job satisfaction of Bappeko X employees. The relationship between the variables points in a positive direction, i.e. the higher the employees’ perceived organizational support, the higher their job satisfaction. On the other hand, the lower the employees’ perceived organizational support, the lower their job satisfaction. Keywords: Perceived organizational support, Job satisfaction, Employees
