Pengaruh Penerapan Model Inquiry Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Pada Materi Kebugaran Jasmani Kelas XI

Dalam setiap jenjang pendidikan memuat kurikulum PJOK yang bertujuan untuk perkembangan motorik, pengetahuan, fisik serta penalaran bagi siswa. Namun, kurang menariknya penerapan metode pembelajaran PJOK mempengaruhi antuasime belajar sehingga perngaruh pada hasil belajar, sehingga guru berperan menciptakan pembelajaran efektif, termasuk memilih model yang menarik, seperti inquiry learning. Penggunaan inquiry learning diharap mampu memberi menerima materi dengan menyenangkan guna meminimalisir kejenuhan dalam pembelajaran. Peneliti terdorong melakukan penelitian berjudul “Pengaruh Penerapan Model Inquiry Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Kebugaran Jasmani Kelas XI” bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model inquiry learning kelas XI di SMA Hang Tuah 5 Candi materi kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode eksperimen semu bentuk non-randomized control group pretest-posttest dianalisis dengan program SPSS pada subjek penelitian 36 anak (XI-6) sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 36 anak (XI-7) sebagai kelompok kontrol. Hasil analisis diperoleh penggunaan inquiry learning memberikan pengaruh signifikan dilihat nilai signifikan tes pengetahuan sebesar sig. 0.003 < 0.05 dan tes keterampilan sebesar sig. 0.04 < 0.05. Peningkatan pengetahuan juga mencapai 27,9%, sementara keterampilan meningkat sebesar 83%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa inquiry learning salah satu model belajar tepat guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa.

Each level of education contains the PJOK curriculum which aims to develop motor skills, knowledge, physical and reasoning for students. However, the lack of interest in implementing the PJOK learning method affects enthusiasm for learning and thus influences learning outcomes, so that teachers play a role in creating effective learning, including choosing interesting models, such as inquiry learning. It is hoped that the use of inquiry learning will be able to provide enjoyable material to receive in order to minimize boredom in learning. Researchers were encouraged to conduct research entitled "The Effect of Applying the Inquiry Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in Physical Fitness Material for Class XI" with the aim of finding out the effect of the inquiry learning model for class The research was conducted using a quasi-experimental method in the form of a non-randomized control group pretest-posttest analyzed with the SPSS program on research subjects: 36 children (XI-6) as the experimental group and 36 children (XI-7) as the control group.The results of the analysis showed that the use of inquiry learning had a significant influence, as seen by the significant value of the knowledge test of sig. 0.003 < 0.05 and the skills test is sig. 0.04 < 0.05. The increase in knowledge also reached 27.9%, while skills increased by 83%. This proves that inquiry learning is an appropriate learning model for improving students' understanding and skills.
