Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh bimbingan karier terhadap self-efficacy, (2) pengaruh praktik kerja lapangan terhadap self-efficacy, (3) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap self-efficacy, (4) pengaruh bimbingan karier terhadap employability skillls, (5) pengaruh praktik kerja lapangan terhadap employability skills, (6) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap employability skills, dan (7) pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap employability skills siswa Program Keahlian Tata Kecantikan di Gerbang Kertosusila.
Penelitian ini berpendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode statistik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Tata Kecantikan di Gerbang Kertosusila Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 sebanyak 254 siswa yang berasal dari SMK Negeri 1 Sooko Mojokerto, SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya, SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya, SMK Negeri 1 Buduran Sidoarjo dan SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan. Sampel penelitian diambil secara sampling jenuh sehingga seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) bimbingan karier tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self-efficacy, (2) praktik kerja lapangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self-efficacy, (3) kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self-efficacy, (4) bimbingan karier tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employability skillls, (5) praktik kerja lapangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employability skills, (6) kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employability skills, dan (7) self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employability skills siswa Program Keahlian Tata Kecantikan di Gerbang Kertosusila. Variabel praktik kerja lapangan memiliki pengaruh yang terbesar terhadap self-efficacy siswa Tata Kecantikan di Gerbang Kertosusila dengan nilai unstandardized estimate sebesar 0,183.

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of career guidance on self-efficacy, (2) the effect of fieldwork practices on self-efficacy, (3) the effect of emotional intelligence on self-efficacy, (4) the effect of career guidance on employability skills, (5) the effect of fieldwork practices on employability skills, (6) the effect of emotional intelligence on employability skills, and (7) the effect of self-efficacy on the employability skills of students in the Beauty Expertise Program at Gerbang Kertosusila.
This research has a quantitative approach, using the statistical method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The population in this study were 254 students of class XII of the Beauty Expertise Program at the Gerbang Kertosusila for the 2020/2021 academic year, from SMK Negeri 1 Sooko Mojokerto, SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya, SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya, SMK Negeri 1 Buduran Sidoarjo, and SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan. The research sample was taken by saturated sampling, so that the entire population was used as the research sample.
Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) career guidance has no significant effect on self-efficacy, (2) fieldwork practices has a significant effect on self-efficacy, (3) emotional intelligence has no significant effect on self-efficacy, (4) career guidance has no significant effect on employability skills, (5) fieldwork practices has no significant effect on employability skills, (6) emotional intelligence has no significant effect on employability skills, and (7) self-efficacy has no significant effect on employability skills of students in the Beauty Expertise Program at Gerbang Kertosusila. The fieldwork practices has the greatest influence on self-efficacy of Beauty Expertise Program students at Gerbang Kertosusila with unstandardized estimate value by 0,183.
