Pengaruh CAMEL terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah Periode 2019-2022
The Influence of CAMEL on the Profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks for the 2019-2022 Period
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis pengaruh CAMEL (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earningss, and Liquidity) terhadap profitabilitas pada bank umum syariah periode 2019 - 2022. Dalam penelitian ini Modal diproksikan dengan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Kualitas asset diproksikan dengan Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Manajemen diproksikan dengan Net Operating Margin (NOM), Pendapatan diproksikan dengan Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Likuiditas diproksikan dengan Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) dan Profitabilitas diproksikan dengan Return on Asset (ROA). Objek penelitian ini adalah 10 perbankan syariah dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diolah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda pada software IBM SPSS tools versi 27. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa variabel NOM dan BOPO berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA, sedangkan variabel independen lain seperti, CAR, NPF, dan FDR tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA.
This research aims to determine the results of the analysis of the influence of CAMEL (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earningss, and Liquidity) on profitability in Islamic commercial banks for the period 2019 - 2022. In this research, Capital is proxied by the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Asset quality is proxied by Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Management is proxied by Net Operating Margin (NOM), Revenue is proxied by Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Liquidity is proxied by Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Profitability is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). The object of this research is 10 Islamic commercial banks with data collection techniques using purposive sampling. This type of research is causal associative with a quantitative approach which is processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques on IBM SPSS tools version 27 software. The results of the research state that the NOM and BOPO variables have a significant positive effect on ROA, while other independent variables such as CAR, NPF, and FDR does not have a significant influence on ROA.
