Coping merupakan sikap positif yang bisa dipelajari dan dibiasakan kepada siswa dalam proses pelatihan keterampilan positif khususnya untuk pecandu Napza. Kemampuan coping yang dimiliki pelajar pecandu Napza akan mempengaruhi komitmen siswa sehingga bisa berdampak pada pencegahan terjadinya repalse. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keefektifan Cognitive behavior Therapy untuk meningkatkan kemampuan coping untuk pencegahan terjadinya relapse.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pretest and posttest control group design. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran skala Kemampuan coping pecandu Napza untuk pencegahan terjadinya relapse terdapat 4 siswa menunjukan Kemampuan coping yang rendah di dalam ujian. Selanjutnya, siswa dibagi kedalam dua kelompok 2 siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dan 2 siswa berada pada kelompok kontrol. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi skala Kemampuan coping pecandu Napza untuk pencegahan terjadinya relapse, panduan pelaksanaan Cognitive behavior Therapy untuk pecandu Napza, pedoman wawancara, dan jurnal refleksi diri.
Data diuji menggunakan uji Two-Independent-Sample Test-Mann-Whitney U. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa nilai mean pada output rank konseli yang mendapatkan intervensi CBT (kelompok eksperimen) lebih besar dibandingkan nilai mean konseli yang tidak mendapatkan intervensi Cognitive behavior Therapy (kelompok kontrol), yaitu 5.50 > 3.50. Selanjutnya, dilihat dari output Test Statistics menunjukkan bahwa asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0.004, atau probabilitas di bawah 0.05 (0.004< 0.05). Kemudian diuji lanjut dengan uji games howell dengan hasil (0.008< 0.05) Maka Ho ditolak, artinya Cognitive behavior Therapy efektif untuk meningkatkan Kemampuan coping siswa pecandu Napza untuk pencegahan terjadinya relapse
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diajukan beberapa saran, (1) saran untuk konselor sebaiknya menggunakan pendekatan Cognitive behavior Therapy untuk meningkatkan Kemampuan coping pelajar pecandu Napza. (2) peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan mengganti subjek penelitiannya pada jenjang pendidikan lain.

Coping is a positive attitude that can be learned and accustomed to students in the positive skills training process, especially for drug addicts. Coping ability possessed by drug addict students will affect student commitment so that it can have an impact on preventing repalse. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavior Therapy to improve coping skills to prevent relapse.
This study used a pretest and posttest control group design. Based on the results of measuring the coping ability of drug addicts to prevent relapse, there are 4 students who show low coping abilities in the exam. Furthermore, students were divided into two groups, 2 students in the experimental group and 2 students in the control group. The data collection instruments used in this study included the coping ability scale for drug addicts to prevent relapse, guidelines for implementing Cognitive Behavior Therapy for drug addicts, interview guidelines, and self-reflection journals.
The data was tested using the Two-Independent-Sample Test-Mann-Whitney U test. The results showed that the mean value of the output rank of the counselee who received the CBT intervention (experimental group) was greater than the mean value of the counselee who did not receive the Cognitive Behavior Therapy intervention (control group). , ie 5.50 > 3.50. Furthermore, judging from the output of Test Statistics shows that asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.004, or the probability is below 0.05 (0.004 < 0.05). Then tested further with the Howell games test with the results (0.008 < 0.05) So Ho is rejected, meaning that Cognitive Behavior Therapy is effective to improve the coping ability of drug addicts students to prevent relapse.
Based on the results of the study, several suggestions were proposed, (1) suggestions for counselors should use the Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach to improve the coping abilities of drug addicts students. (2) future researchers are expected to develop this research by changing the research subject at another level of education.
