Pengaruh Produk KFC dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Restoran Cepat Saji KFC Diponegoro Surabaya

The Influence Of The KFC Product and Price Of The Decision Purchase Of Consumers Fast Food Restaurants KFC Diponegoro Surabaya

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan dalam hal menjelaskan dan menganalisa dampak dari produk KFC dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen restoran cepat saji KFC Diponegoro Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan teknik pengambilan sample ialah metode accidental sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 71 responden. Responden yang menjadi acuan pada penelitian ini yakni konsumen yang pada waktu itu melakukan pembelian di restoran cepat saji KFC Diponegoro Surabaya. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yang dipakai yaitu teknik analisis regresi linier berganda didukung dengan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui cara pengambilan angket dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPPS versi 16.0. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah diujikan menunjukkan jika produk berpengaruh positif signifikan pada keputusan pembelian, harga berpengaruh positif signifikan pada keputusan pembelian, produk dan harga berpengaruh positif yang signifikan pada keputusan pembelian.

This research was intended explaining and analyzing impact of the KFC product and price of the decision the consumers fast food restaurants at KFC Diponegoro Surabaya. The methodology used that is descriptive research with the quantitative approach that uses the technique the sample is accidental sampling methods with the number of respondents said as many as 71. Respondents who take this reference to research at the time doing consumer purchases in fast food restaurants at KFC Diponegoro Surabaya. Using the data analysis techniques used the technique multiple linear regression analysis supported by engineering data collection this research using the primary data with the economic data processing using SPSS 16.0. version. The result of the research shows that  if products have had a positive impact on the purchase of significant, prices have had a positive impact on the purchase of significant, product and price have significant positive purchase with the decision.
