Determining the location of bank branch offices is a strategic operational policy, so it requires in-depth analysis in choosing the appropriate location. The selection of alternative locations is determined based on the weight of each alternative from highest to lowest. Ranking is arranged based on the weight of sub-criteria The calculation of weights is also based on the existence of dependencies (dependency) both inner dependence and outer dependence. The existence of interrelationships between sub-criterias makes the Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP) method more complex than other methods.
Based on the calculation of the FANP method, the weight of each sub-criteria is obtained, specifically the population is 8,62%, population density is 12,95%, land area is 4,65%, security facilities is 24,65%, availability of public utilities is 2,62%, location distance to settlements is 12,53%, the closest distance between fellow branches is 33,09%, and the number of competitors is 0,90%. The simulation results of determining the location of branch offices obtained, specifically the first rank is Ngronggot sub-district, the second rank is Berbek sub-district, the third rank is Lengkong sub-district, the fourth rank is Pace sub-district, the fifth rank is Prambon sub-district, the sixth rank is Gondang sub-district, and the seventh rank is Bagor sub-district.
