Analisis Sentimen Pengguna Platform Belajar Online Coursera menggunakan Random Forest dengan Metode Ekstraksi Fitur Word2vec

Pembelajaran daring mengharuskan para pelajar dan mahasiswa menggunakan platform belajar online sebagai penunjang belajar di luar kelas, menyebabkan penggunanya meningkat, salah satunya Coursera. Berdasarkan grafik data review selama 2015-2020, pengguna Coursera meningkat drastis sebesar 256% saat awal pembelajaran daring. Namun menurun setelahnya sebesar 24% dan seterusnya, sehingga diperlukan sistem analisis sentimen untuk mengetahui polaritas pengguna kursus saat itu secara otomatis. Algoritma klasifikasi yang efisien untuk analisis sentimen adalah Random Forest. Pada kasus text classification jumlah fitur adalah jumlah kata, kumpulan teks review yang mengandung banyak kata menghasilkan jumlah fitur yang banyak pula, maka waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk training model menggunakan Random Forest akan semakin lama, sehingga kurang efektif. Dibutuhkan ekstraksi kata yang mampu mereduksi jumlah fitur, seperti Word2vec. Menggunakan Word2vec sebagai ekstraksi fitur bertujuan agar sistem tidak hanya efisien tapi juga efektif untuk analisis sentimen, karena mampu mendeteksi semantik antar kata. Hasilnya, sistem mampu memprediksi sentimen teks review dengan cukup baik, diperoleh akurasi 91%, precision 81%, recall 89% dan f1-score 85%, dengan kesimpulan sebanyak 114043 pengguna merasa puas (sentimen positif), 20400 cukup puas (sentimen netral) dan 6923 tidak puas (sentimen negatif). Hasil pengujian menggunakan proporsi data berbeda dan parameter Word2vec acak, menunjukkan akurasi terbaik pada proporsi data 80:20 dengan ukuran fitur 100 dimensi dan window 5, dengan akurasi train score dan test score sebesar 92,7% dan 91,4%. Kombinasi Random Forest dengan Word2vec membutuhkan waktu training model 20 kali lebih cepat dibanding menggunakan Random Forest dengan TF dan Random Forest dengan TF-IDF.

Online learning requires students to use online learning platforms as a support for learning outside the classroom, causing an increase in its users, one of which is Coursera. Based on the data review chart for 2015-2020, Coursera users increased dramatically by 256% at the start of online learning. However, it decreased by 24% afterwards, so a sentiment analysis system is needed to automatically determine the polarity of course users at that time. An efficient classification algorithm for sentiment analysis is Random Forest. In the case of text classification, the number of features is the number of words, a collection of review texts containing many words produces a large number of features, so the time needed to training model using Random Forest will be very long, making it less effective. Word extraction is needed that can reduce the number of features, such as Word2vec. Using Word2vec as feature extraction aims to make the system not only efficient but also effective for sentiment analysis, because can detect semantics of words. As a result, the system is able to predict the review text sentiment quite well, obtaining 91% accuracy, 81% precision, 89% recall and 85% f1-score, with the conclusion that 114043 users are satisfied (positive sentiment), 20400 are quite satisfied (neutral sentiment). and 6923 dissatisfied (negative sentiment). The test results using different proportions of data and random Word2vec parameters, showed the best accuracy on the proportion of data 80:20 with a feature size of 100 dimensions and window 5, with train score and test score accuracy of 92.7% and 91.4%. The combination of Random Forest with Word2vec requires model training time 20 times faster than using Random Forest with TF and Random Forest with TF-IDF weighting.
