New Student Admission System at the Kebun Tahfidz Quran (KTQ) in Denpasar Bali
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis mengenai sistem regulasi penerimaan santri baru dan keterlibatan orang tua didalamnya di Kebun Tahfidz Quran Bali (KTQ) Denpasar Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian dari Kepala Direktur Kepala Sekolah/Musyrifah Kepala Panitia PSB, Orang Tua Santri Kebun Tahfidz Quran (KTQ) Bali. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data penelitian melalui uji kredibilitas (triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan membercheck), uji transferbilitas, uji dependabilitas, dan uji konfirmabilitas. Teknik analisis data penelitian melalui tiga tahap yaitu: 1) kondensasi; 2) penyajian data; 3) verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian yaitu:
1) Sistem PSB terdiri dari kegiatan inti yaitu : Satu pembentukan kepanitiaan PSB. Kedua publikasi PSB. Ketiga pelayanan pendaftaran PSB. Keempat penyeleksian calon santri baru. Kelima penentuan diterimanya claon santri baru KTQ. Keenam pengumuman santri baru KTQ. Ketuju proses daftar ulang santri baru KTQ; 2) Peran orang tua dalam penerimaan santri baru berkaitan dengan, pertama komitmen dalam pendampingan muroja’ah dan tasbit di rumah serta pendamppingan kebiasaan anak dirumah yang dimulai dari bangun tidur hinga tidur kembali. Kedua komitmen orang tua dalam mengikuti setiap program yang diadakan oleh Lembaga KTQ; 3) Kendala yang terjadi dalam PSB yaitu : Satu Pendampingan anak di rumah dalam murojaah, tasbit maupun pembiasaan jadwal anak dirumah yang mengalami perjungan yang lebih. Kedua Kurangnya keahlian dalam mengajarkan Al-Quran kepada anaknya dirumah. Ketigafaktor ekonomi yang semakin memperburuk dan menghambat dalam infaq bulanan dan tahunan program lembaga.

This study aims to describe and analyze the regulatory system for the admission of new students and the involvement of parents in it at the Bali Tahfidz Quran Garden (KTQ) Denpasar Bali. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The source of the research data was the Head of the School Principal Director/Musyrifah, the Head of the PSB Committee, the Parents of Students of the Bali Tahfidz Quran Garden (KTQ). Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of research data through credibility test (source triangulation, technical triangulation, and member check), transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The research data analysis technique went through three stages, namely: 1) condensation; 2) data presentation; 3) data verification.
Based on the research findings, namely: 1) The PSB system consists of core activities, namely: One formation of a PSB committee. Both PSB publications. The three PSB registration services. Fourth, the selection of prospective new students. Fifth, the determination of the acceptance of new KTQ santri claons. The six announcements of new KTQ students. Towards the process of re-registering new KTQ students; 2) The role of parents in accepting new students is related to, first, the commitment to mentoring muroja'ah and tasbit at home and assisting children's habits at home starting from waking up to going back to sleep. Second, the commitment of parents in participating in every program held by the KTQ Institute; 3) Obstacles that occur in PSB are: One assistance for children at home in murojaah, tasbit and habituation of children's schedules at home who experience more struggles. Second, lack of expertise in teaching the Quran to their children at home. The three economic factors are increasingly exacerbating and hampering the monthly and annual infaq of the institution's program.
