MODEL PERMAINAN PENINGKATAN MOTORIK KASAR PADA ANAK USIA 6-8 TAHUN: LITERATURE REVIEW

Perkembangan motorik yang dialami setiap individu anak mengalami proses yang berbeda. Proses perkembangan motorik adalah alur kontrol gerak tubuh melalui koordinasi aktivitas saraf pusat, saraf tepi dan otot. Perkembangan motorik kasar setiap individu anak perlu diperhatikan, sebab keterlambatan dalam mempelajari keterampilan motorik kasar berakibat pada proses perkembangan selanjutnya. Penelitian bertujuan melakukan review model permainan yang berpengaruh dan efektif meningkatkan keterampilan gerak motorik kasar anak usia 6-8 tahun. Metode review diawali mengumpulkan jurnal dari google scholar, research gate dan science direct sesuai tema penelitian, kemudian dilakukan proses review untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan. 24 jurnal masuk proses review yang didasarkan pada model intervensi permainan, metode, sampel, dan hasil temuan. Kesimpulan hasil review menunjukkan pengembangan keterampilan gerak motorik kasar pada anak usia 6-8 tahun dapat melalui model permainan yang menuntut terjadinya aktivitas gerak tubuh. Permainan yang dipilih merupakan bersifat menyenangkan dan membuat anak bergerak bebas melakukan gerakan yang diinginkan. Gerak motorik kasar memberikan stimulus positif pada aspek kekuatan, keseimbangan dan kecepatan anak.

Motor development experienced by each individual child undergoes a different process. Pprocess of motor development is the flow of body movement control through the coordination of the activity of the central nervous, peripheral nerves and muscles. The gross motor development of each individual child needs to be considered, because the delay in learning gross motor skills results in the subsequent development process. This study aims to review game models that are influential and effective in improving gross motor skills of children aged 6-8 years. The review method begins with collecting journals from google scholar, research gate and science direct according to the research theme, then a review process is carried out to produce conclusions. 24 journals entered a review process that was based on the game intervention model, method, sample, and findings. The conclusion of the review shows that the development of gross motor skills in children aged 6-8 years can be done through a game model that requires body movement activities. The selected game is fun and makes children move freely to make the desired movements. Gross motor movement provides a positive stimulus on the aspects of strength, balance and speed of children.
