PENGARUH PROGRAM TECHNOPARK DAN KINERJA GURU TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PESERTA DIDIK DI SMK PGRI 1 GRESIK
THE INFLUENCE OF THE TECHNOPARK PROGRAM AND TEACHER PERFORMANCE ON STUDENT COMPETENCY OF PGRI 1 GRESIK VOCATIONAL SCHOOL
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program technopark dan kinerja guru terhadap kompetensi peserta didik di SMK PGRI 1 Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan responden sebanyak 56 siswa/i. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari uji T, variabel program technopark (X1) didapat nilai Thitung sebesar 2,648>nilai Ttabel 2,00575 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,011<0,05 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa variabel program technopark (X1) berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi peserta didik (Y) di SMK PGRI 1 Gresik. Sedangkan variabel kinerja guru (X2) didapat nilai Thitung sebesar 2,648>nilai Ttabel 2,00575 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,011<0,05 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi peserta didik (Y) di SMK PGRI 1 Gresik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji F didapat nilai Fhitung sebesar 54,555>nilai Ftabel 3,17 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000<0,05. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa variabel program technopark (X1) dan kinerja guru (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi peserta didik (Y) di SMK PGRI 1 Gresik. Dan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,673 atau 67%. Oleh karena itu, adanya program technopark yang baik dan kualitas kinerja guru yang prima merupakan faktor dalam meningkatkan kompetensi peserta didik dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan.

This study aims to see the effect of the technopark program and teacher performance on the competence of students at SMK PGRI 1 Gresik. This study uses quantitative methods with 56 students as respondents. Based on the results of data analysis from the T test, the technopark program variable (X1) obtained a T-count value of 2.648 > a T-table value of 2.00575 and a significant value of 0.011 < 0.05, so it was concluded that the technopark program variable (X1) had an effect on the competence of students (Y ) at SMK PGRI 1 Gresik. While the teacher performance variable (X2) obtained a t-count value of 2,648 > a t-table value of 2.00575 and a significant value of 0.011 <0.05, thus indicating that teacher performance (X2) affects the competence of students (Y) at SMK PGRI 1 Gresik. Based on the results of the F test analysis, it was found that the Fcount value was 54,555> Ftable value of 3.17 and a significant value of 0,000 <0.05. So it is concluded that the technopark program variable (X1) and teacher performance (X2) have an effect on the competence of students (Y) at SMK PGRI 1 Gresik. And has an influence of 0.673 or 67%. Therefore, the existence of a good technopark program and excellent quality teacher performance are factors in increasing the competence of students in an educational institution.
