This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the
learning outcomes of industrial clothing competencies in teaching factory
teaching. This type of research is survey research. Data collection techniques
used observation, questionnaires, and tests. Management, lab workshops,
learning patterns, products, and services are captured through observation,
human resources, and industrial partnerships are captured by questionnaires,
while learning outcomes are captured by performance tests. The study population
was students of class XI at SMKN and SMKS in the Fashion Design study program
in East Java who implemented teaching factory learning. The research sample was
444 students. Data were taken from February to March 2020. The data analysis
technique used SEM PLS 3.0. To determine the direct effect using the partial
least square method on the t statistical significance greater than 1.96 and
p-value 0.05. The results showed: 1) Management has a positive and significant effect on HR
(t-statistic value 32,100; t-table 1.96) or (original sample value 0.759; p =
0.000). 2) HR has a positive and significant effect on learning patterns
(t-statistic value 22,396; 1.96) or (original sample value 0.731; p = 0.000).
3) HR has a positive and significant effect on industrial partnerships
(t-statistic value 16,793; 1.96) or (original sample value 0.481; p = 0.000).
4) HR has a positive and insignificant effect on marketing promotion
(t-statistic value 1.883; 1.96) or (original sample value 0.094; p = 0.60). 5)
HR has a negative and significant effect on products and services (t-statistic
value 6,399; 1.96) or (original sample value -0.467; p = 0.000). 6) HR has a
negative and significant effect on learning outcomes (t-statistic value 3.489;
1.96) or (original sample value -0.414; p = 0.001). 7) Learning patterns have a
positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. (t-statistic value 6.107;
1.96) or (original sample value 0.536; p = 0.000). 8) Workshop / practice room
has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes (t-statistic value
2.822; 1.96) or (original sample value 0.228; p = 0.005). 9) Industry
partnerships have a positive and significant effect on products and services
(t-statistic value 13.083; 1.96) or (original sample value 0.663; p = 0.000).
10) Industry partnerships have a positive and significant effect on learning
outcomes (t-statistic value 4,965; 1.96) or (original sample value 0.487; p =
0.000). 11) Workshop / practice room has a negative and insignificant effect on
products and services (t-statistic value 0.070; 1.96) or (original sample value
-004; p = 0.945). 12) Marketing promotion has a positive and insignificant
effect on learning outcomes (t-statistical value 0.751; 1.96) or (original
sample value 0.034; p = 0.453). 13) Marketing promotions have a positive and
significant effect on products and services (t-statistical value 4.253; 1.96)
or (original sample value 0.182; p = 0.000). 14) Products and services have a
negative and significant effect on learning outcomes (t-statistic value 5.117;
1.96) or (original sample value -0.393; p = 0.000).
