Implementation Interactive Multimedia Supporting Science Literacy SDLB Hearing Impairment On Liquid And Gas Materials
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan multimedia interaktif (MMI) sebagai penunjang literasi sains peserta didik SDLB tunarungu pada materi zat cair dan gas yang ditinjau secara empiris berdasarkan aktivitas dan respon peserta didik, serta hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengikuti 3 tahapan yaitu: pendahuluan, pengembangan, dan implementasi. Hasil implementasi MMI ditinjau dari kepraktisan dan keefektifan nya. MMI berisi materi, animasi, gambar, video penjelasan materi dan demonstrasi yang dilengkapi dengan bahasa isyarat, serta latihan soal dan evaluasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari 3 guru IPA dan 7 peserta didik SDLB tunarungu kelas VI sebagai subyek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepraktisan ditinjau dari aktivitas dan respon peserta didik berturut-turut sebesar 100% dan 70,6%-100%. Keefektifan ditinjau dari persentase peserta didik yang mencapai ketuntasan sebesar 71,4%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa MMI yang diimplementasikan layak sebagai penunjang literasi sains peserta didik SDLB tunarungu pada materi zat cair dan gas.

This study aims to implement interactive multimedia (MMI) as a support for scientific literacy for SDLB with hearing impairment students on liquid and gas materials which are reviewed empirically based on the activities and responses of students, as well as learning outcomes. This type of research is development research that follows 3 stages, namely: introduction, development, and implementation. The results of the implementation of MMI in terms of its practicality and effectiveness. MMI contains material, animations, pictures, video explanations of material and demonstrations equipped with sign language, as well as practice questions and evaluations. Sources of data were obtained from 3 science teachers and 7 hearing impairment students in class VI as research subjects. The results showed that practicality in terms of activities and student responses was 100% and 70.6%-100%, respectively. The effectiveness in terms of the percentage of students who achieve completeness is 71.4%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the MMI implemented is feasible as a support for scientific literacy for hearing impairment students on liquid and gas materials.
