PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI BELAJAR MEMBACA TANPA MENGEJA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MEMBACA PERMULAAN SISWA KELAS I SEKOLAH DASAR 

THE USE OF THE APPLICATION LEARN TO READ WITHOUT SPELLING IN THE INITIAL READING LEARNING OF GRADE I ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan aplikasi belajar membaca tanpa mengeja untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas 1. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur interaktif seperti suara, gambar, dan permainan yang dapat menarik minat siswa dalam pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi validasi instrumen soal pretest, LKPD, dan posttest, observasi serta wawancara dengan guru untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang pengalaman menggunakan aplikasi ini. Hasil validasi instrumen soal pretest, LKPD, dan posttest menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini layak digunakan tanpa revisi. Wawancara dengan guru menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat membantu siswa belajar membaca dengan lebih mudah dan meningkatkan motivasi serta antusiasme siswa dalam belajar membaca. Hasil observasi juga menunjukkan hal yang serupa. Meskipun demikian, penggunaan aplikasi ini juga menemui tantangan atau kendala, seperti keterbatasan teknologi dan kesiapan siswa kelas 1 terhadap penggunaan aplikasi. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi belajar membaca tanpa mengeja dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas 1.

This study aims to analyze the use of reading learning applications without spelling to improve the reading ability of grade 1 students. The app is equipped with interactive features such as sounds, images, and games that can interest students in learning. The research methods used include validation of pretest, LKPD, and posttest question instruments, observations and interviews with teachers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the experience of using this application. The results of the validation of the pretest, LKPD, and posttest question instruments show that this application is feasible to use without revision. Interviews with teachers show that this application can help students learn to read more easily and increase students' motivation and enthusiasm in learning to read. The observation results also show the same thing. However, the use of this application also encounters challenges or obstacles, such as limited technology and the readiness of grade 1 students to use the application. Overall, the application to learn to read without spelling can be an effective tool in improving the reading ability of 1st grade students.
