PEMBINAAN SEPAKBOLA USIA DINI DI SEKOLAH SEPAKBOLA PETA KABUPATEN KEDIRI

EARLY FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT IN FOOTBALL SCHOOL PETA OF KEDIRI DISTRICT

Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pembinaan SSB Peta Kabupaten Kediri.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni wawancara dengan pengurus SSB Peta Kabupaten Kediri Dalam proses perekrutan pelatih yakni berdasarkan kemauan dan kemampuan untuk menjadi pelatih dalam diri seorang tersebut yang paling utama untuk perekrutan menjadi pelatih yakni kemauan yang ada dalam diri orang tersebut, jika belum memiliki lisensi dapat diberikan pengajaran oleh pelatih yang sudah berlisensi di SSB PETA Kabupaten Kediri dan tidak ada kriteria khusus dalam perekrutan pelatih yang paling utama ialah kemauan belajar untuk menjadi pelatih. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yakni dalam proses perekrutan pelatih yakni berdasarkan kemauan dan kemampuan untuk menjadi pelatih dalam diri seorang tersebut yang paling utama untuk perekrutan menjadi pelatih yakni kemauan yang ada dalam diri orang tersebut, jika belum memiliki lisensi dapat diberikan pengajaran oleh pelatih yang sudah berlisensi di SSB Peta Kabupaten Kediri dan tidak ada kriteria khusus dalam perekrutan pelatih yang paling utama ialah kemauan belajar untuk menjadi pelatih.

The purpose of this research is to find out the development of SSB Peta Kediri Regency. This type of research is a type of qualitative research. The result of this research is an interview with the management of SSB Peta Kediri Regency In the process of recruiting trainers that is based on the willingness and ability to be a coach in one person is the most important for the recruitment of a coach that is the willingness that is in the person, if not yet licensed can be given teaching by a coach who is already licensed in SSB Peta Kediri regency and there is no specific criteria in the recruitment of trainers that most importantly is the willingness to learn to become a coach.
