KREATIVITAS GURU MENGAJAR SEJARAH DI MASA PANDEMI
THE CREATIVITY OF TEACHERS TEACHING HISTORY DURING A PANDEMIC
Dalam era globalisasi perlunya manusia beradaptasi yang dari hal tersebut dapat dibekali dengan pendidikan sebagaimana telah dimplementasikan di Indonesia pada fungsi pendidikan nasional yang dalam UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 pasal 3. Selain itu perlu adanya pendidik sebagai faktor penting dalam mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan, tetapi dikarenakan adanya situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang menimbulkan kendala terhadap proses pembelajaran. Maka dari itu, perlunya guru berinovasi mengembangkan kemampuan mengajar yang dalam hal ini dapat muncul ketika guru memiliki pengalaman mengajar yang mumpuni sama halnya dengan guru PPG dengan mengikuti pelatihan mengajar memungkinkan memiliki kreativitas mengajar. Namun bukan berarti guru Non PPG tidak memiliki kreativitas mengajar karena bisa saja guru tersebut telah mengikuti kegiatan lain dalam mengembangkan potensinya.
Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan metode kualitatif serta berpegang pada teori kreativitas trait (sifat) yang digunakan sebagai tolak ukur kreativitas mengajar dan dapat mengetahui perbedaan dari kreativitas mengajar guru PPG dengan Non PPG yang memungkinkan apabila setiap guru memiliki kreativitas mengajar tersendiri dengan menyesuaikan kendala, situasi maupun kondisi. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan oleh peneliti terkait kreativitas guru dalam mengajar secara perencanaan, pelaksanaan maupun evaluasi baik pada guru sejarah PPG maupun Non PPG dimana data yang dapat dibuktikan melalui hasil wawancara, observasi maupun kuisioner secara keseluruhan sekolah dengan teori kreativitas (trait) sifat fluency, flexibility, originalitas dalam berpikir, redefinisi, elaborasi, dan sensitivitas terhadap masalah apabila dibandingkan antara keduanya ternyata tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang dalam hal ini juga diperkuat dengan hasil kuisioner siswa yang menghasilkan kategori sangat baik sehingga dapat disimpulkan dari teori kreativitas tersebut valid.

In the era of globalization it is necessary for humans to adapt from this which can be provided with education as has been implemented in Indonesia in the function of national education in Law Number 20 of 2003 article 3. In addition, there is a need for educators as an important factor in realizing educational goals, but due to the situation the Covid-19 pandemic which created obstacles to the learning process. Therefore, it is necessary for teachers to innovate to develop teaching skills which in this case can arise when teachers have qualified teaching experience as well as PPG teachers by participating in teaching training enabling them to have teaching creativity. But that doesn't mean that Non-PPG teachers don't have teaching creativity because the teacher could have participated in other activities in developing their potential.
Therefore, researchers conducted research using qualitative methods and adhered to the theory of trait creativity which is used as a benchmark for teaching creativity and was able to find out the difference between the teaching creativity of PPG and Non-PPG teachers which is possible if each teacher has its own teaching creativity by adjusting the constraints , situations and conditions. The results of the research found by researchers related to teacher creativity in teaching in planning, implementing and evaluating both PPG and Non-PPG history teachers where data can be proven through interviews, observations and questionnaires as a whole school with the theory of creativity (traits) properties of fluency, flexibility , originality in thinking, redefinition, elaboration, and sensitivity to problems when compared between the two, no differences were found which in this case were also reinforced by the results of student questionnaires which produced very good categories so that it could be concluded that creativity theory was valid.
