Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi belum banyaknya pemain bolavoli Indonesia, Jatim khususnya, yang belum terbiasa menerapkan teknik servis melompat saat bertanding bolavoli. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh unsur antropometri dan biomotor terhadap kemampuan servis melompat terhadap 43 pemain putri JawaTimur. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada pengaruh antropometri dan biomotor terhadap kemampuan servis melompat.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, variabelnya ada dua jenis, yaitu variable bebas meliputi delapan unsur antropometri dan tujuh unsur biomotor, sedang variabel terikat adalah kemampuan servis melompat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yakni hanya pemain bolavoli putri JawaTimur yang menerapkan servis melompat saat bertanding pada tahun 2017 dan 2018. Analisa data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan memakai SPSS 23.
Hasil penelitian adalah unsur antropometri yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan servis melompat adalah panjang tungkai 32,7 % dan panjang lengan
23,4% sedang unsur antropometri yang lain, tidak signifikan. Variabel biomotor
yang memberi pengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan servis melompat adalah kemampuan otot lengan 3,9 %, kekuatan otot tungkai 11,8%, kelentukan punggung fleksi 21,3 % dan kelentukan punggung ekstensi 20,7 %. Sedangkan besaran pengaruh total variabel antropometri 40,7 % dan biomotor 54% terhadap kemampuan servis melompat.
Simpulan penelitian ini setelah dihitung dengan analisa jalur didapat, dari delapan unsur antropometri yang memberi pengaruh signifikan terhadap servis melompat adalah panjang tungkai, panjang lengan, sedangkan tujuh unsur biomotor yang memberi pengaruh terhadap servis melompat meliputi kekuatan otot lengan, kekuatan tungkai, kelentukan punggung fleksi dan kelentukan punggung ekstensi. Pada analisa jalur secara bersama unsur antropometri dan biomotor terhadap kemampuan servis melompat, disimpulkan unsur panjang lengan, panjang tungkai dan kelentukan punggung ekstensi yang secara signifikan memberi pengaruh terhadap kemampuan servis melompat pada penelitian ini.

This research is motivated by the lack of Indonesian volleyball players, East Java in particular, who are not accustomed to applying the jump service technique when playing volleyball. The purpose of this study was to know the influence of anthropometric and biomotor elements on the serviceability of jumping 43 East Javanese female players. The hypothesis proposed there is the influence of anthropometric and biomotor elements on the ability to service jump
The research types is correlation research with a quantitative approach, there are two types of variables, namely the independent variable includes eight anthropometric elements and seven biomotor elements, while the dependent variable is the ability to jump service. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique in which only East Java female volleyball players applied jump service when competing in 2017 and 2018. Data analysis used path analysis using SPSS 23.
The results of the study are the anthropometric elements that significantly influence the ability to service jump is 32.7% limb length and 23.4% arm length while the other anthropometric elements, are not significant. Biomotor variables that have a significant influence on the ability to service jump are arm ability of 3.9%, leg muscle strength of 11.8%, flexion of the back flexion of 21.3% and extension of the back of flexion of 20. 7%. While the magnitude of the influence of the total anthropometric variable is 40.7% and the biomotor is 54% on the ability to service jump.
The conclusion of the research after been calculating with path analysis was got,, from eight elements of anthropometry that given significant effect to the jump service were limb length, arm length. While the seven elements of biomotor that given effect to jump service were the power of muscle arm, limbs power, back flexibility flexion and back flexibility extension. In this path analysis all of these two elements have a significant effect. So it can be concluded that length arms element, limb length, and back flexibility extension significantly given effects to the jump service of this research.
