The Relationship between Organization Trust and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Employees
Efektifitas kinerja suatu instansi ditunjang oleh pegawai yang bersedia bekerja ekstra atau biasa disebut dengan organizational citizenship behavior sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan kepercayaan organisasional dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional dan subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 72 pegawai Pemerintahana Instansi X di Kota Surabaya yang pada penelitian ini 30 subjek digunakan untuk uji coba, berdasarkan analisis dari hasil pengisiaan skala kepercayaan organisasional dan organizational citizenship behavior diperolah hasil bahawa kedua variabel tersebut memiliki korelasi sebesar 0.753 (r=0,753) dengan nilai signifikasi 0.000 (p<0.05) yang dari hasil tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa kepercayaan organisasional dan organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Instansi Pemerintahan X di Kota Surabaya memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan
The effectiveness of an agency's performance is supported by employees who are willing to work extra or commonly referred to as organizational citizenship behavior so that this research is conducted to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior. The research method used is quantitative with the type of correlational research and the subjects of this study amounted to 72 employees of Government Agency X in Surabaya City which in this study 30 subjects were used for testing, based on the analysis of the results of filling out the organizational trust scale and organizational citizenship behavior obtained the results that the two variables have a correlation of 0.753 (r=0.753) with a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05) which from these results can be interpreted that organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior in employees of Government Agency X in Surabaya City have a strong and significant relationship.
