RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CONFORMITY AND SELF EFFICIENCY TOWARDS CAREER DECISION MAKING OF STUDENTS OF CLASS XI SMK 12 NEGERI SURABAYA

Dalam pendidikan aspek karir merupakan hal yang penting bagi setiap individu yang menempuh pendidikan sekolah, karena setiap individu yang menempuh dunia pendidikan maka output yang di cari adalah karir akan masa depan yang akan di hadapi, namun ketika individu ingin mengambil keputusan karir maka terdapat 2 faktor yang memperngaruhi faktor internal efikasi diri dan faktor eksternal konformitas. Sehingga pada penelitian kali ini yang bertujuan untuk meneliti mengenai hubungan antara konformitas dan efikasi diri terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir siswa kelas XI SMK 12 Surabaya. Metode yang di gunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan alat ukur angket berupa jawaban bersakala yaitu skala likert dengan variabel terikat yaitu pengambilan keputusan karir Y, variabel bebas konformitas X1 dan efikasi diri X2. Dengan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik cluster random sampling dan teknik analisis data yaitu uji normalitas dan uji linearitas serta untuk menguji korelasi peneliti menggunakan analisis regresi multiples berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan  ada hubungan yang signifikan antara konformitas terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir dengan signifikasi 0,000 dan koefisien korelasi 0,387 positif. Selanjutnya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir dengan signifikasi 0,272. Selanjutnya yang terakhir ada hubungan yang signifikan antara konformitas dan efikasi diri terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir secara stimulan atau bersama – sama dengan hasil f hitung sebesar 9,350 lebih besar 3,09 f tabel.  Diketahui juga bahwa hasil R square adalah 0,159 yamg dapat di artikan besar Hubungan konformitas dan Efikasi Diri terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir siswa yaitu sebesar 0,159 atau 15,9 persen. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 84,1 persen pengambilan keputusan karir siswa di pengaruhi oleh sebab lain yang belum di ukur dalam penelitian ini.

In education, the career aspect is important for every individual who takes school education, because every individual who takes education, the output he is looking for is a future career that will be faced, but when individuals want to make career decisions, there are 2 factors that must be considered. influencing the internal factors of self-efficacy and external factors of conformity. So that this study aims to examine the relationship between conformity and self-efficacy on career decision making in class XI SMK 12 Surabaya. The method used is a quantitative method with the type of correlational research, while the data collection technique of the researcher uses a questionnaire measuring instrument in the form of a scalable answer, namely the Likert scale with the dependent variable being career decision making Y, conformity independent variable X1 and self-efficacy X2. . By taking the sample using cluster random sampling technique and data analysis techniques, namely normality test and linearity test and to test the correlation, researchers used multiples regression analysis multiple. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between conformity to career decision making with a significance of 0.000 and a positive correlation coefficient of 0.387. Furthermore, there is no significant relationship between self-efficacy on career decision making with a significance of 0.272. Furthermore, the last one there is a significant relationship between conformity and self-efficacy on career decision making stimulants together with the result of f count of 9.350 to big 3.09 f table. It is also known that the result of R square is 0.159 which means that the relationship between conformity and self-efficacy towards students' career decision making is 0.159 or 15.9 percen. While the remaining 84.1percen of students' career decision making is influenced by other reasons that have not been measured in this study.
