Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT (Information and Communication Technology) yang layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran ditinjau dari 3 aspek, yaitu : (1) Validitas media pembelajaran berbasis ICT berbantuan Software Adobe Flash CS6 sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Penerapan Rangkaian Elektronika; (2) Efektifitas media pembelajaran berbasis ICT sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Penerapan Rangkaian Elektronika ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa; (3) Kepraktisan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT berdasarkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Penerapan Rangkaian Elektronika kelas XI TAV di SMKN 1 Jabon Sidoarjo.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) .Pengambilan data validasi media pembelajaran dilakukan oleh 3 (tiga) validator, yaitu 2 dosen dari Universitas Negeri Surabaya dan 1 guru dari SMKN 1 Jabon Sidoarjo. Sedangkan untuk pengambilan data hasil belajar siswa dan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan pada kelas XI TAV di SMKN 1 Jabon Sidoarjo.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Hasil rating validasi media pembelajaran berbasis ICT sebesar 83,56% dengan kategori sangat valid; (2) Hasil belajar akhir siswa berdasarkan analisis menggunakan SPSS diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 84,14 dengan kategori tuntas. Dimana nilai tersebut telah melampaui KKM di SMKN 1 Jabon Sidoarjo yaitu sebesar ≥ 75 (3) Hasil rating observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 88,12% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Dengan demikian media pembelajaran berbasis ICT layak digunakan pada mata pelajaran Penerapan Rangkaian Elektronika.

This study aims to produce ICT (Information and Communication Technology) based learning media that are suitable to be used as learning media in terms of 3 aspects, including: (1) Validation of ICT-based learning media by Adobe Flash CS6 Software as a learning medium in the subjects of Electronic Circuit Application; (2) The effectiveness of ICT-based learning media as a learning media in the subjects of Electronic circuits Application in terms of student learning outcomes; (3) The practicality of ICT-based learning media based on the implementation of learning in the subjects of the TAV class XI Electronic Circuit Application at SMKN 1 Jabon Sidoarjo.
This study use ADDIE method (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Retrieval of learning media validation data was carried out by 3 (three) validators, which amounted to 2 lecturers from Surabaya State University and 1 teacher from SMKN 1 Jabon Sidoarjo. In addition to taking data on student learning outcomes and learning implementation carried out in class XI TAV in SMKN 1 Jabon Sidoarjo.
Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) The results of the ICT-based learning media validation rating are 83.56% with a very valid category; (2) The final learning outcomes of students based on analysis using SPSS obtained an average value of 84.14 with a complete category. Where the value has exceeded the KKM in SMKN 1 Jabon Sidoarjo that is equal to ≥ 75 (3) The results of the observation score of learning implementation by 88.12% with a very practical category. Thus ICT-based learning media is appropriate for use in the subjects of the Application of Electronic Circuits.
