The Effect of Tutor Pedagogic Competence on Students Learning Motivation Pursuing Package C at UPTD SPNF SKB Sidoarjo

Kompetensi pedagogik adalah kemampuan seorang tenaga pendidik yang berkaitan langsung dengan peserta didik. Motivasi belajar adalah dorongan dalam dan luar diri peserta didik yang menimbulkan kegiatan belajar dan memberikan arah pada kegiatan belajar sehingga tujuan yang dikehendaki subjek belajar dapat tercapai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik tutor terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik program kejar paket C di UPTD SPNF SKB Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berdasarkan penelitian korelasional. Jumlah responden adalah 33 peserta didik. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil nilai thitung (3,334) > ttabel (2,034) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari hasil penelitian yaitu kompetensi pedagogik tutor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kejar paket C. Oleh karena itu, tutor harus meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogiknya agar dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik.

Pedagogic competence is the ability of an educator who is directly related to students. Learning motivation is an internal and external encouragement of students that causes learning activities and provides direction to learning activities so that the desired goals of learning subjects can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the tutor's pedagogic competence on the learning motivation of students in the package C pursuit program at UPTD SPNF SKB Sidoarjo. The research method uses a quantitative approach based on correlational research. The number of respondents is 33 students. Data collection methods are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis and t test. The results showed that the value of thitung (3.334) > ttabel  (2.034) with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. The conclusions obtained from the results of the study are that the tutor's pedagogic competence has a significant effect on the learning motivation of students pursuing package C. Therefore, tutors must improve their pedagogic competence in order to increase students' learning motivation.
