PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL BERBASIS FLIPBOOK MATERI INDONESIAN CAKE UNTUK SISWA SMK TATA BOGA KELAS XI
DEVELOPMENT OF FLIPBOOK BASED E-MODULES ON INDONESIAN CAKE MATERIAL FOR STUDENTS OF SMK CULINARY CLASS XI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pengembangan E- modul berbasis flipbook juga mengetahui kelayakan E-modul Indonesiancake untuk siswa SMK Tata Boga serta menghasilkan respon siswaterhadap E-modul berbasis flipbook materi Indonesian cake. Pengembangan E-modul berbasis flipbook menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tiga tahapan Analysis (Analisis), Design (Desain), Development (Pengembangan), validasi E-modul Indonesian cake berbasis flipbook dilakukan kepada tiga orang validator materi dan dua orang ahli media. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket validasi untuk mengetahui kelayakan e-modul dan angket respon siswa. Uji coba dilakukan kepada 34 siswa kelas XI Tata Boga 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil validasi materi dan media dengan nilai rata - rata persentase 94.78% dan 93.16% termasuk dalam interpretasi sangat layak dengan revisi. Respon siswa memiliki rata – rata persentase 92.75% dengan interpretasi sangat baik. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disarankan bahwa bahan ajar ini bisa digunakan dalam pembelajaran.
This study aims to determine the results of the development of a flipbook- based E-module, assess the feasibility of the Indonesian cake E-module for culinary students at vocational high schools (SMK), and gather students’ responses to the flipbook-based E-module Indonesian cake materials. The development of the flipbook-based E-module used the ADDIE development model, which includes three phases: Analysis, Design and Development. Validation of the Indonesian Cake flipbook-based E-module was conducted by three of validators and two media experts.The instruments used were validation questionnaires to assess the feasibility of the E-module and student response questionnaires. The trial was conducted with 34 students from class XI Tata Boga 1. The results showed that content and media validation had average percentage scores of 94.78% and 93.16%,respectively,which are categorized as very feasible with revisions. Student responses had an average percentage score of 92.75%, categorized as very good. Based on these findings, it’s recommended that this teaching material can be used in the learning process.
