Kualitas hidup masyarakat meningkat melalui program KKBPK serta pembangunan sektor lain dalam mewujudkan keluarga kecil berkualitas merupakan tujuan hadirnya kampung KB. Kecamatan Madiun Kabupaten Madiun mempunyai data PUS dengan persentase peserta KB aktif paling tinggi yakni 87,2% dengan jumlah PUS peserta KB 258 PUS dari total 258 PUS yang ada di Kecamatan Madiun. Indikator keberhasilan kampung KB dilihat dari indikator input, proses, dan output (capaian). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor keberhasilan kampung KB di Kecamatan Madiun.

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian survey. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Kecamatan Madiun Kabupaten Madiun. Wilayah ini dipilih karena tingginya angka PUS peserta KB mencapai 87%. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang ikut serta dalam program KB yang ada di kecamatan Madiun sebesar 225 orang. Peneliti menggunakan teknik sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling) yang memiliki ketentuan sebagai responden yaitu masyarakat peserta KB yang bertempat tinggal di desa Gunungsari dan desa Tulungrejo secara administrasi sebagai penduduk Kecamatan Madiun Kabupaten Madiun. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah instrumen. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan cara menggunakan kuesioner/angket dan dokumentasi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor keberhasilan kampung KB di Kecamatan Madiun adalah pengetahuan PLKB dilihat dari frekuensi informasi yang diterima responden tentang KB dengan skor 1662 berkategori baik. Partisipasi masyarakat diukur dari keikutsertaan responden dalam program KB dengan skor 1078 berkategori cukup. Intensitas PLKB dilihat dari ketrampilan , kinerja dan hasil yang telah dicapai oleh petugas dengan skor 1019 berkategori baik. Pendanaan hasil dari APBN, APBD, PNPM, Iuran Mandiri, ADD, dan Kemitraan cukup untuk mendukung program kampung KB dengan skor 251. Kualitas pelayanan KB yang diterima oleh responden dengan skor 7839 berkategori sangat baik karena petugas handal, tanggap dan berempati untuk melayani KB.

The quality of life of the community has improved through the KKBPK program and the development of other sectors in realizing quality small families is the goal of the KB village. Madiun Subdistrict Madiun District has the highest EFA data with the highest percentage of active family planning participants at 87.2% with the EFA number of KB participants taking 258 EFA out of a total of 258 EFA in Madiun District. Indicators of success in the KB village can be seen from the indicators of inputs, processes and outputs (achievements). The purpose of this study was to analyze the success factors of the KB village in Madiun District.

This research uses survey research type. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive. This research is located in Madiun District, Madiun Regency. This region was chosen because of the high EFA of KB participants reaching 87%. The population of this study is 225 people who participated in the family planning program in Madiun sub-district. Researchers used purposive sampling technique which had provisions as respondents, namely family planning participants who lived in Gunungsari and Tulungrejo villages administratively as residents of Madiun District, Madiun Regency. The instrument used to collect data is an instrument. This study collected data by using a questionnaire / questionnaire and documentation.

The results showed that the success factor of KB villages in Madiun District was PLKB knowledge seen from the frequency of information received by respondents about family planning with a score of 1662 categorized as good. Community participation was measured by the participation of respondents in the KB program with a score of 1078 categorized as sufficient. The PLKB intensity can be seen from the skills, performance and results achieved by officers with a score of 1019 categorized as good. Funding results from the APBN, APBD, PNPM, Mandiri Contribution, ADD, and Partnership are sufficient to support the KB village program with a score of 251. The quality of family planning services received by respondents with a score of 7839 is categorized as very good because officers are reliable, responsive and empathetic to serve family planning.
