Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengambangkan booklet career plan untuk menjawab kebutuhan siswa dan juga guru bimbingan dan konseling yang memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas kegunaan, kelayakan, ketepatan dan kepatutan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang diambil dari model penelitian Borg and Gall yang terdiri atas beberapa tahapan yaitu studi pendahuluan, perencanaan, pengembangan produk awal, uji ahli, dan uji calon pengguna. Pengujian media dilakukan oleh satu uji ahli materi, satu uji ahli media, satu uji ahli praktisi atau guru BK dan 8 uji calon pengguna atau peerta didik. Hasil penilaian media oleh ahli materi dicapai rata-rata akseptabilitas sebesar 83%, penilaian oleh ahli media mencapai rata-rata akseptabilitas sebesar 91%, uji ahli praktisi mencapai rata-rata akseptabilitas sebesar 98% dan ada uji calon pengguna media mendaatkan rata-rata aksetabilitas sebesar 94%. Sehingga jika diambil rata-rata penilaian media secara keseluruhan diperoleh nilai 92% yang dapat dikategorikan dalam kategori sangat baik (81%-100%) Dengan demikian, dapat dinyatakan bahwa media booklet career plan sudah memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas dalam aspek kegunaan, kelayakan, ketepatan dan kepatutan.

Abstract
This study aims to develop a career plan booklet to meet the needs of students as well as school counselor that meets the criteria of acceptability of use, accuracy, appropriateness and propriety. This research included in a development research taken from the Borg and Gall research model, which consists of several stages, namely preliminary studies, planning, initial product development, expert testing, and prospective user testing. Media testing is carried out by one of material expert test, one of media expert test, one of practice expert test or school counselor and 8 tests for prospective users or students. The results of the media expert assessment by material experts reached an average acceptability of 83%, the assessment by media experts achieved an average acceptability of 91%, the expert practitioner test achieved an average acceptability of 98% and there were prospective media users who obtained an average acceptability of 94%. So, if we take the average value of the media as a whole, we get 92% which can be categorized in the very good category (81%-100%). Thus, it can be stated that the career plan booklet media has met the acceptability criteria in the aspects of usability, feasibility, accuracy and propriety.
