Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pelatihan kadet dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi seleksi masuk TNI, Polri, dan sekolah kedinasan. Menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product), penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini memiliki tujuan yang jelas dan terukur, lingkungan pendidikan yang kondusif, serta kurikulum yang terintegrasi. Meskipun ada peningkatan dalam kesiapan siswa, keterserapan lulusan ke instansi kedinasan masih di bawah target, yaitu sekitar 20-21%. Program ini memberikan manfaat signifikan, termasuk peningkatan karakter dan kedisiplinan siswa. Namun, diperlukan perbaikan dalam aspek fasilitas dan penambahan modul pelatihan untuk mendukung keberhasilan program yang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan program pendidikan di SMA Progresif Bumi Shalawat dan institusi pendidikan lainnya, serta menjadi referensi bagi penelitian lebih lanjut di bidang evaluasi pendidikan.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the cadet training program in preparing students for selection into the TNI, Polri, and official schools. Using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model, this study collected data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the program has clear and measurable objectives, a conducive educational environment, and an integrated curriculum. Although there is an improvement in student readiness, the absorption of graduates into official agencies is still below the target, which is around 20-21%. The program provides significant benefits, including improved student character and discipline. However, improvements are needed in terms of facilities and additional training modules to support more optimal program success. This research is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of educational programs at Progressive Bumi Shalawat High School and other educational institutions, as well as a reference for further research in the field of educational evaluation.
