Hubungan Antara Motivasi Belajar Dengan Self-Regulated Learning Dan Kecanduan Game Online Siswa Di SMP Negeri 59 Surabaya

The Relationship Between Learning Motivation With Self-Regulated Learning And Online Game Addiction Of Students At SMP Negeri 59 Surabaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan self regulated learning dan kecanduan game online siswa di SMP Negeri 59 Surrabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi siswa di kelas 7,8,dan 9. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah stratified random sampling dan didapatkan hasil sampel yakni 229 siswa dari jumlah populasi sebesar 535 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatiff dengan model perhitungan yang didahului dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis dihitung dengan bantuan teknik statistic nonparametric yaitu Uji Kendall’s tau b dan Uji Kendall’ss W test . Kedua uji tersebut dilakukan karena data dari ketiga variabel tidak berdistribusi secara normal. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan  terdapat hubungan positif antara self regulated learning dengan motivasi belajar dengan nilai signifikansi <0.001. Sedangkan, taraf signifikansi 0,05, dapat diartikan bahwa <0.001 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kemudian, nilai koefisien korelasi didapatkan sebesar 0,054. Selanjutnya terdapat hubungan negatif antara kecanduan game online dengan motivasi belajar dengan nilai signifikansi <0.001 dan nilai koefisiensi korelasi yaitu -0,131. Kemudian, hasil analisis korelasi antara tiga variabel yakni <0.001 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.785 yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi belajar dengan self regulated learning dan keecanduan game online.

This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation with self-regulated learning and online game addiction of students at SMP Negeri 59 Surabaya. This study used a population of students in grades 7, 8, and 9. The sample used in this study was stratified random sampling and the sample result was 229 students from a population of 535 students. This study uses quantitative methods with a multiple correlation calculation model which is preceded by normality and homogeneity tests, then hypothesis testing is carried out. Hypothesis testing is calculated with the help of nonparametric statistical techniques, namely Kendall's tau b test and Kendall's W test. Both tests were carried out because the data from the three variables were not normally distributed. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive relationship between self-regulated learning and learning motivation with a significance value of <0.001. Meanwhile, the significance level is 0.05, which means that <0.001 is smaller than 0.05. Then, the correlation coefficient value is obtained at 0.054. Furthermore, there is a negative relationship between online game addiction and learning motivation with a significance value of <0.001 and a correlation coefficient value of - 0.131. Then, the result of correlation analysis between three variables is <0.001 and the correlation coefficient value is 0.785 which means there is a positive relationship between learning motivation with self-regulated learning and online game addiction.
