Dampak Procedural Justice terhadap Task Performance dan Contextual Performance dengan Job Satisfaction sebagai Variabel Mediasi
Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menguji pengaruh procedural justice terhadap task performance dan contextual performance melalui job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 38 karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura I Kantor Cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0 sebagai analisis statistik. Hasil akhir dalam studi ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) procedural justice tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap task performance, (2) efek procedural justice tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan memiliki arah yang positif terhadap contextual performance, (3) procedural justice beroengaruh signifikan dan positif terkait dengan job satisfaction, (4) job satisfaction dapat menjadi variabel mediasi dan signifikan positif terkait antara procedural justice terhadap task performance, sehingga hipotesis diterima, (5) dan, job satisfaction memediasi pengaruh procedural justice terhadap contextual performance menjadi signifikan dan berhubungan positif, sehingga uji hipotesis diterima.
This study intended to examine influence of procedural justice towards task performance and contextual performance through job satisfaction as mediator variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, with using questionnaire method. The sample in this study was 38 employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I Kantor Cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda Surabaya. This study used Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using the assistance of Smart PLS 3.0 software as the statistics analysis. The final result of this study shown that, (1) the influence of procedural justice has no significant effect and positively on task performance, (2) effect of procedural justice has no significant effect and has a positive direction to contextual performance, (3) procedural justice is has a significant effect and positively related on job satisfaction, (4) job satisfaction can be a mediator variable and significant positively related between procedural justice on task performance, them the hypothesis are accepted, (5) and job satisfaction mediates the relationship of procedural justice on contextual performance to be significant and positively related, the hypothesis test are accepted.
