Pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Work Engagement terhadap Employee Performance melalui Job Satisfaction pada karyawan PT. KIA Keramik MAS Gresik.

The Effect of Self Efficacy and Work Engagement on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at PT. KIA Ceramics MAS Gresik.

PT Keramika Indonesia Assosiasi (KIA) berdiri pada tahun 1953. PT. KIA berlokasi awal di Tanjung Pandang, Belitung. Merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Manufaktur. PT. KIA memiliki beberapa brand dagang seperti KIA, IMPRESSO, dan SPECTRA. Berbagai brand dari  PT. KIA banyak mendapatkan berbagai pengakuan dan penghargaan dari berbagai pasar baik domestik ataupun Internasional atas kualitas produk yang sangat baik. Lokasi pabrik KIA berada di dua lokasi yang berbeda. Untuk lokasi Cileungsi, Bogor, dan Karawang Jawa Barat, memproduksi keramik lantai dan dinding, sedangkan produk genteng keramik berlokasi di Cileungsi, Bogor dan Gresik.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Work Engagement terhadap Employee Performance melalui Job Satisfaction pada karyawan PT. KIA Keramik MAS. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling jenuh digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel dengan jumlah 67 responden pada karyawan PT. KIA Keramik MAS. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah partial least square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0.

Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Employee Performance. Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif  signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction. Work Engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Employee Performance. Work Engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Employee Perfromance. Job Satisfaction tidak memediasi pengaruh antara Self Efficacy terhadap Employee Performance. Job Satisfcation memediasi pengaruh antara Work Engagement terhadap Employee Perfromance.

PT Keramika Indonesia Assosiasi (KIA) was established in 1953. KIA was originally located in Tanjung Pandang, Belitung. It is a company engaged in Manufacturing. PT KIA has several trademarks such as KIA, IMPRESSO, and SPECTRA. Various brands from PT KIA have received various recognitions and awards from various markets both domestic and international for their excellent product quality. The location of the KIA factory is in two different locations. For the Cileungsi, Bogor, and Karawang locations in West Java, producing floor and wall ceramics, while ceramic tile products are located in Cileungsi, Bogor and Gresik.

The purpose of this study is to test and analyse the effect of Self Efficacy and Work Engagement on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction in employees of PT KIA Keramik MAS. This research is a type of causality research with a quantitative approach. Saturated sampling technique was used in sampling with a total of 67 respondents at PT KIA Keramik MAS employees. The statistical analysis used in this research is partial least square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software.

The results of this study explain that Self Efficacy has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Self Efficacy has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Engagement has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Work Engagement has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction does not mediate the effect between Self Efficacy on Employee Performance. Job Satisfcation mediates the influence between Work Engagement on Employee Performance.
