IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM VOKASI MEMBATIK SHIBORI SISWA SPEKTRUM AUTIS
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SHIBORI BATIK VOCATIONAL PROGRAM FOR AUTIST SPECTRUM STUDENTS
Pembelajaran program vokasi bagi siswa spektrum autis diperlukan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan memperoleh pekerjaan dan hidup secara mandiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran program vokasi membatik shibori siswa spektrum autis di SLB PK Harapan Mulya YPD Dawar Blandong Mojokerto, untuk menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses pembelajaran program vokasi di sekolah, mengetahui upaya sekolah dalam mengatasi faktor penghambat pembelajaran program vokasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara dan observasi dengan kepala sekolah dan guru vokasi. Data tersebut kemudia di analisis dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah reduksi data, data display, dan verifikasi data. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa proses implementasi program vokasi membatik shibori di SLB PK Harapan Mulya YPD Dawar Blandong Mojokerto dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan yakni, tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program. Faktor pendukung implementasi program vokasi meliputi dukungan pihak sekolah, penguatan SDM yang terlibat, networking, serta pembinaan secara berkala. Faktor penghambatnya adalah suasana hati siswa spektrum autis, respon siswa spektrum autis saat pembelajaran berlangsung, serta keterbatasan jumlah guru vokasi. Upaya dalam menangani faktor pengambat berupa disediakannya guru pendamping pada setiap kelas vokasi dan guru menyesuaikan kebutuhan siswa yang berbeda.

Vocational program learning for autistic spectrum students is needed to improve their skills in getting a job and living independently. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the learning implementation of the shibori batik vocational program for autistic spectrum students at SLB PK Harapan Mulya YPD Dawar Blandong Mojokerto, to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in the vocational program learning process in schools, to find out the school's efforts in overcoming the inhibiting factors for vocational program learning. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, data collection techniques used are interviews and observations with school principals and vocational teachers. The data is then analyzed using the steps of data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results obtained indicate that the implementation process of the shibori batik vocational program at SLB PK Harapan Mulya YPD Dawar Blandong Mojokerto is carried out through three stages, namely, the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the program evaluation. Factors supporting the implementation of vocational programs include support from the school, strengthening of the human resources involved, networking, and regular coaching. The inhibiting factors are the mood of the autistic spectrum students, the response of the autistic spectrum students during learning, and the limited number of vocational teachers. Efforts in dealing with inhibiting factors include the provision of accompanying teachers in each vocational class and teachers adapting to the needs of different students.
