PENGARUH MICROTEACHING TERHADAP KESIAPAN MENGAJAR PENGENALAN LAPANGAN PERSEKOLAHAN (PLP) MAHASISWA PRODI PENDIDIKAN ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh microteaching terhadap kesiapan mengajar pengenalan lapangan persekolahan (PLP) mahasiswa prodi pendidikan administrasi perkantoran Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh prodi pendidikan administrasi perkantoran angkatan 2019 yang berjumlah 54 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel microteaching berpengaruh terhadap variabel kesiapan mengajar pengenalan lapangan persekolahan (PLP).

THE EFFECT OF MICROTEACHING ON TEACHING READINESS INTRODUCTION TO THE SCHOOL FIELD (PLP) STUDENTS OF OFFICE ADMINISTRATION EDUCATION PROGRAM
This study aims to determine the effect of microteaching on the readiness to teach school field introduction (PLP) for students of office administration education study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Surabaya State University. This research is a correlational study using a quantitative approach. The samples in this study were all office administration education study programs class of 2019, totaling 54 people. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the microteaching variable had an effect on the readiness to teach introductory field teaching (PLP).
